#1 Cochran Ford Boardman Service Department

Decided to give Cochran ford in boardman a shot as I had a horrific experience with the previous owners and I’m glad to say Cochran ford service dept did not disappoint. My service advisor was saliese and she was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond with such great customer service. Kept me in the loop with everything that was going on and best of all had my vehicle ready for pick up same day which I was expecting to have taken a few days to repair. the service was done asap! This was my son’s car and she knew how important it was to have a car that was safe enough for him to drive in a timely manner. Hands down the best advisor I’ve dealt with at Ford! My son even gave her a hug for doing such a great job and getting him back on the road. Already scheduled another appointment for other services. You have definitely won our business back!! Thank you

Service department was very friendly and easy to work. Only gave 4 star because I had an 8am appointment for 2 inspections and didn't hear from them until 2:30pm. Not sure what caused the delay. However, everything turned out good. The needed part was ordered and installed the next day. Would recommend to others.

Communication is awful here. If you just need an oil change, the service is fine. However, if you have something actually wrong with your car, go somewhere else. My last experience, I had an appointment at 7:30am- called to check on it around 11 and 2 to which they said they would tell the mechanics that I called but it hadn't been in the shop yet. It didn't get worked on until 5 when I went in person and found every other appointment had been completed except for mine as they had a huge chart right there with my name at the top unchecked. This time was not as bad experience-wise as I was just worried about my car and not that there was actually anything wrong with it. However, I scheduled an appointment for a recall repair and an oil change. I called twice with no answer and received a call back to which I couldn't answer only to say that my car was finished. In fact, it was not finished because they did not do the recall repair. Now, the recall could not be repaired as they did not have the parts but, their inability to communicate that is insane. That whole day from my 8am appointment to the 4pm, when I actually was able to get through to someone after calling with a different number, nobody would answer my call. As someone who has to work even when my car is in a shop, I rely heavily on good communication and they do not have that.

I was very impressed with their service to my vehicle and especially the the service desk personnel-he was very respectful and listened to our concerns and questions. I highly recommend Cochran Ford and very satisfied with their personnel.

4 stars is good for any dealership id say. Bought a used vehicle when appove and beyond fixing everything passible prior to me receiving the vehicle. Sales person not pushy down to earth. Took the vehicle in for its first service this week very pleased with the service department. All in all would send family to this dealer do to the extra care they take in ensuring you are getting what you pay for.

I had a great customer service experience with a Craig and I’m very satisfied with the repair personnel who accurately diagnosed my truck issue and fixed it correctly and timely! Thanks to these two personnel as my truck is operating and steering like it should!
