I was very disappointed with my last visit. I brought my vehicle in at the appointment time of Wednesday at 9:15 a.m. they said they would call me when they got it on the rack. I told them I needed my vehicle that afternoon or evening. No one called and so I called 5 times and left three messages. No one returned my call. I got a ride up the service department at 4:15 and found out they never even brought my vehicle in. I had them give me my keys because I needed my vehicle. I made an appointment with Columbiana Cadillac where I will be taking my vehicle from now on. I didn’t have these problems when the dealership was under Sweeney. No one answers the phone and no one returns the messages. Very disappointed!

Had a slow leak in one tire, showed up without an appointment. Was told rather rudely that they couldn’t get me in and to come back the next day. It takes me 40 minutes to drive there so I was pretty ticked off. The next morning it took less than 30 minutes to make the repair!! I was furious with having to make a second trip to get a tire repaired. Would I recommend their service department? I think NOT!!

Called and made an appointment, got a estimate of the charges. Dropped vehicle off. I waited several minutes for someone to even acknowledge that I was there. It was just a bad service experience with all the service people sitting at their computers and only the first young girl helping customers.

So many issues! Told me it would be 130 for the diagnostic testing. They ended up tacking on 2 more diagnostic testings without calling me to ask if they can continue with racking up the bill. I was told that I would get part of my money back and they have yet to answer me when I reached out to them. I was also told by the supervisor that I was going to receive a diagnostic video and if I did not get it to let them know. The lady in the front (Ashley) told me that the videos are a luxury. When the supervisor specifically told her and the technician to give me one. She told me that they could not give me a video because I asked for the car back and it’s not in their possession. I said that’s not true the video was to be completed during the diagnostic stage. I left the building and 10 minutes later I received the video. I also told them that I recommended them to someone else (which I did) and that I was going to tell them nevermind don’t use them. They told me yes go ahead please do that. Unbelievable. I will be calling corporate if it is not handled with my money. They wanted to charge me over 2000 to fix my car. My friend that fixes cars is charging 90 which is the cost of the parts. RIDICULOUS

Lost my Radio ~~ They Replaced Two Antennas They did a Wonderful Job. The Only Downside was They Don’t Have a Ride Service ~ Had to sit there for Five Hours. Iam Use to Buying my Cars at Dealership that have this Service I Thought any Big Dealer had this Service ~~ Iam Very Happy With The SERVICE DEPARTMENT THANK YOU

I’d be careful bringing your vehicle here, I brought mine here for a “reduce speed” light coming on in my car. They said it was just a clip to my hose and also tried to say my breaks and rotors were at 2 millimeters and needed to be changed… I just had my brakes and rotors changed at my local GMC, I have paper proof they were just changed. When they told me that, I decided to get my car fixed else where. My local GMC received my car and all sudden the “clip” that needed replaced turned into my whole hose needing replaced, a bit odd… mind you, my GMC is paying for all my parts to fixed so on their end it definitely isn’t a money thing…

Bobby Nagle, the technician, does a great job of explaining just what the car needs. He has been my technician the last two service times. I feel so much more prepared for work to be done because of his thoroughness. I own a 2019 GMC Terrain Denali.

Beware Beware told me I need brakes front and rear tried to sell me brakes. Went to another shop to verify my brakes were completely fine. I do not trust this dealership anymore.

I just bought a 2025 GMC Hummer Ev a few weeks ago, and I noticed it need an alignment after owning it for 2 weeks. I took it into into Cochran to get looked at and I guess there a policy from GM that they can't do an alignment before a 1000 miles, and at the time I had 700 miles on the Hummer. They looked at the Hummer and noticed that it was really pulling to the left, and determined that it really needed an alignment. Even though it was against policy, they did the alignment free of charge. They took care of the problem, and was very informative. I enjoyed my experience at Cochran GMC in Boardman Ohio.
