Kufleitner CDJR - Boardman Service Dept

I paid this dealership to diagnose my truck after diagnosing the truck. I picked it up and had Tow it back to the dealership and the manager said to me you have a bad motor! I drove it in with no problem, so I took it to another mechanic where they found out that 2 vacuum hoses were not re-hooked up! I will never go back to the dealership if they cannot have better customer service than this. I Didn’t expect them to fix the truck for nothing but they should have looked at their mistake and fixed it!

I scheduled an appointment with the service department because my lcd screen in my 2020 jeep compass had stopped working. Upon arriving at my appointment I was told that I needed to have my warranty papers with me in order for them recognize it. Which I totally understand, just kind of annoying that they wouldn’t state when I called for the appointment. After waiting for them to look at my car and them charging me over $200 for it I was told the part would have to be ordered and they would contact me in the next 7 days to schedule the appointment to replace it. At this point it has been over 3 months and I still haven’t heard anything from them which is just insane to me. It was a complete mistake on my part for even contacting them for the repair. I was able to order the part myself for less than the $200 they charged me to even look at it and I was able to replace the lcd screen in my car by myself. This place is a joke and if I could give this 0 stars I would . I will not be recommending their services to anyone.
