Poorest salesmanship I've seen in awhile. Been in retail sales for 40+ years. Ran out of gas during test drive, salesman taking calls during our negotiations, sales manager unwillingness to negotiate, arrogant youngster, disrespectful. Would not recommend others visiting this dealership. Told the dealership I did buy from about my experience their (another Ford dealership) they shook their head in disbelief.

Have a mechanical issue with my car. This dealership charges 129.95 to diagnose it. That seems excessive to me.
