Do not waste your time. They took my money for a part on a Wednesday and by Monday they send me an email to let me know I didn’t pass some fraud shit. I love how you set on my money for several days and decided almost a week later I have to do a bank transfer even though the money already came out. If the shoe was on the other foot you would have charged me a restocking fee and I would have had to of jumped through a lot more hoops to get my money back. I guess yall are in the business of borrowing money and then nothing. What a joke and good ole Greg doesn’t know a damn thing on how to help you or why the fraud thing kicked back. My address on my card and on the order matched and that was the only requirement. On top of that. The day after I ordered it I called pace to see if they had ordered the part from Chevy yet. They informed me they had. Upon asking Greg if I should just waste my time again or order elsewhere. If they had it on the way and if it had been ordered yet. Mind you almost a week later he says no. What a freaking joke a whole entire company worthless. Greg I don’t wish nobody losing their job but maybe you should consider going elsewhere or looking for another job because you absolutely suck at this one. You literally answer phones and click the keyboard for a living. You’re a real winner Greg. How does it feel to be at this job at your age and this incompetent? Yeah I wouldn’t be thrilled about it either. Place you suck. I guess in a whole you’re not missing out on $1300 so you could careless about one customer being pissed off. I’m glad that there are other companies to use that have outstanding customer service because yall just ain’t it. I called one other place after getting off the phone with Greg. The guy went above and beyond to help us and he will be getting the review he deserves. Thanks Greg for nothing. Thanks pace performance for being the trash bag company you are.

Bought a PowerPak from Pace Perf, transmission went out immediately, had to pull the engine back out and take to a shop to repair(3-4months). Put the engine again and it failed again after 1,000 miles, they wouldn’t warranty it. The problem was they left a bolt somewhere in the engine and it ended up in the oil pan, judgment in the amount of $5,429.05, case # SWS2000375, see attached pictures

To start with, I am not Pam Archer. I used her computer to order from you. Any way I have ordered engines and many other things from Pace over the years. They have always been very quick to ship and priced right. Have always been helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Will continue to use Pace as my go to shop place. Very nice people to deal with you cant go wrong dealing with them
