#1 Cochran Cars Youngstown Service Department

Poor communication, when they called my wife to schedule an oil change for her car. They failed to inform het that the program of free service expired and that we would have pay for the service, but not till after it was done. Service tech was rude when I didn't want to pay for dealership price of a alignment or tires.. Do not recommend sending your wife there to be taken advantage of, luckily she called me before agree to any further service.

The service department certainly takes care of all my needs with my vehicle since I started a lease in 2019 and eventually bought the vehicle. I will continue my service with them as long as I have my 2019 Canyon Denali.

Dealers very reserved when it comes to assisting customers. Dealer would not get out of vehicle to greet us on lot that we had been walking for 20 minutes, He must have assumed we weren't able to afford one of their vehicles and quickly tried to free himself of us. We decided to take our business elsewhere and purchased a new vehicle at direct auto down the road. Where they treated us like customers. :)

Called Friday afternoon for an oil change appt and they got me in the next day! First oil change after I bought out my lease from them and their service remains impeccable on my Enclave! Friendly knowledgeable staff! Charged my oil changed to a warranty package that I bought thanks to the recommendation of my sales guy, Bill Baird when I didn’t even realize it was a covered perk 🙌…Even if I had to pay for this oil change, fluid level top off, tire rotation and diagnostic check up… It would’ve been well worth it for the $35 charged! They even changed my key fob battery for free as a courtesy because it was going dead ! This is why I will continue to deal with them and buy my next car from Bill!

They performed the chip recall for the heated seats in are 2022 Cadillac xt4. I had reached out to our 2 local Cadillac dealership and they pretty much blew me off probably because I didn't by from them. I started a chat with Lori and she was extremely helpful and patient while I got the information she needed and got my appointment scheduled and the work was completed a week later. I'm very happy with Sweeney's and they will get all of my service needs.
