I went through my insurance to go through them, and I honestly wish I had chosen someone else. I was very clear about the issue that I was having with my vehicle, and the sound that it was making. Due to what they admitted was a communications error internally, they fixed everything except what I asked them to. Now, no one is taking responsibility, and they're saying if I can come up with the parts, they'll try and give me a break on the labor. Someone else broke my car. Why am I paying to fix it? Moreover, if you couldn't fix what I needed fixed, why touch my vehicle at all? The insurance company is paid, can collision is paid, but I'm stuck with a broken truck because the insurance wouldn't cover the repair. The repair that I asked to be done in the first place. They admitted they screwed up, but aren't going to step up and fix it.

I’ve been to their repair shop twice this year, and I’m concerned about the recurring issues I’ve faced. I strongly recommend implementing a thorough checklist before delivering cars to customers. During my last visit, they left a wire loose after working on my ignition, which caused my steering wheel to lock while I was driving on the highway. This dangerous oversight could have led to a serious accident, leaving me stranded, last February. This time, I double-checked with photos I took prior to service, only to find that they hadn’t reinstalled the windshield washer reservoir, yet it was still billed. These oversights not only compromise safety but also erode trust. Extremely unprofessional!

highly recommend!! i hit a piece of road debris, causing my corolla to need an entirely new front bumper. John was so kind and helpful through everything and they got my car fixed brand new in such a short time!! the best price i got from 5 other companies as well!!

I would not recommend this place. Had my car repaired at this location and paint is bubbling and they are not standing behind the work they did. Very disappointing.

The driver’s side of my car was damaged when a deer hit it. I took it to Kings since that’s who my dealership recommended. My car was only two years old with right around 22k miles on it so I wanted it perfect. They were quite nice and accommodating at drop off and assured me it would be done in a timely manner. The only way I knew what was going on over the weeks it was there was via my Toyota app that would alert me when doors were open etc. They didn’t even call to tell me it was done. I just realized the car had been moved and locked, again thanks to the app. I called there and they told me it was ready. Upon pick up, I noticed that there was an area that was still scratched. The gentleman got some photos from the paint booth and said “looks like they didn’t paint that area so you’ll have to bring it back”. I’ll call you in a week or so to get it back in. Once I got home and looked at it closer with my husband, we noticed another area of damage near the headlight that wasn’t there when I brought it in. I’m guessing that happened when they replaced the headlight. I immediately called to let them know and again they said they would call me to get it back in. A few days later I noticed that the latch on the console storage between the front seats didn’t work correctly and would get stuck. It was fine when I brought it there. Never heard from them. I called several times and left messages. No calls back. They were paid over 8k from my insurance and never actually finished the car. I ended up deciding to get a new car so I traded that one in. I will never use or recommend Kings. Horrible customer service.

Very honest people. The front desk women were very nice. I had a very smell paint issue where something took off the finish. I thought it would cost over $500. The estimator looked at it, and tried a product that made the car look brand new right in the parking lot. I couldn’t believe it. They definitely could’ve oversold me, but chose to be honest people and I truly appreciate that. The estimator did an amazing and thorough job as well. I will definitely come here again if I ever have any collisions needs after my experience.

There are sooo many junked cars in various states of repair filling every inch of their property. good luck finding an empty spot if you’re leaving a rental there to be picked up from across the street. Whew! I was in a significant accident but the car wasn’t totaled. It took much much longer to repair than originally estimated, causing me to have to rent out of pocket after my insurance stopped paying for rentals. They never reached out with any updates and changed the finish date several times. I only started to get upset at this point. It is hard to get ahold of them on the phone too. Keith was very kind when I came to pick my car up and apologized for the delay. I am still down $150 for renting out of pocket and he said he isn’t able to do anything about it. But an apology and kindness do go a long way with me. My impression is that management is forcing the staff to take on more projects at once than humanly possible, based on the looks of the parking lot and the number of cars inside the building. My car looks like its normal pre-accident self and I didn’t see any dashboard lights or hear any funny noises on the way home or smell any fumes. 🤞🏻so far so good. so, 5 stars for Keith and the actual quality of work done but everything else about the experience was just awful.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I brought my 2021 jetta in for a front collision repair and was told it would take 7 days to 2 weeks max, they told me all the parts i needed and in total it was 8 parts, IT HAS NOW BEEN ALMOST 2 MONTHS AND I STILL DONT HAVE MY CAR, all they do here is try to find (come up) with more and more parts for you to pay out of pocket, i was told 3 times that my car was ready to be picked up in the past 2 weeks. And every single time i call to come pick it up THEY SAY THEY NEED ANOTHER PART OR THE ONE THEY GOT SENT IT BROKEN. 0/10 i dont even know how their still in business
