I scheduled my first oil change for my 2025 Chevy trailblazer through the app. After receiving a phone call to confirm my appointment, I was told that I could wait for my car and it should take no more than 45 minutes. I figured this would work out perfectly because I had a doctors appointment at 10:15 AM. I arrived on time for my 8 AM appointment, parked the car in front of the garage door and told the worker at the service desk that I was here for my appointment. I was advised to wait in the lobby area, which I did. My car didn’t even go into the service garage until 8:40. I received a text message from Dave telling me that he can be reached via text if I have any concerns. At 9:15 AM I saw my car come out of the service garage and was parked. Still no text telling me that my car was ready. I texted Dave and asked when my car would be ready because I had another appointment at 10:15 AM, no response. At 9:55 AM, I had to walk to the service desk at the garage to ask if my car was ready, which it was. Papers were already laid out on the counter for me to sign, which I did. I was then handed my keys and paperwork and I was sent on my way… no explanation of what was done or anything. I was also late for my doctor’s appointment. I can understand if there was an issue or miscommunication of some kind, but they knew I was waiting in the lobby, and I could’ve been informed that they were running behind or if they forgot about me. Communication would’ve been nice, even after I texted Dave at the number I was given and got no response. I’ve never had bad service at this location before, so I hope this is just a one-time thing.

All of the gentlemen in encountered was polite & helpful. Especially since I was having a hard day. Service was fast. Received car 15 minutes earlier than I needed for next appointment. One input, I feel it is a bonus to pick up your car & see it washed & ready. Seems like a caring service, surprise. It looses some of the “extra “ when asked “do you want your car washed”. I have some more input but will make it with manager of department. Enjoying my first new car.

The absolutely the worst experience I have ever had getting a oil change. My car is in worst shape than before I took it in. They damaged my hood and I still cannot open my hood. They also for some reason checked my climate control and now the unit is acting up. We never asked them to check the climate control. We only wanted a oil change and balance the front tires . The facility keeps on blaming the age of the car. I would never recommend this facility to anyone ... My review would be 0 out of ten. Also the service manager is rude and disrespectful. Please take your car somewhere else.
