I am incredibly thankful for the exceptional work that Gary and his team did on my vehicle. After my 2021 BMW was involved in a fender bender, I was anxious about finding a reliable local shop. A friend recommended Gerber, and they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They coordinated with the other party’s insurance, managing everything from the estimate to arranging my rental car. The front office staff was friendly and welcoming, fully understanding how stressful it can be when someone damages your vehicle. Gerber also warranties their work, which was a significant advantage for me. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, from the moment I dropped off my car until it was ready for pickup. This location has definitely earned my loyalty, and I wouldn’t consider any other shop for future bodywork (though I hope I won’t need it!). Thank you once again to the Gerber Team! 10/10 Julian C

This was my 2nd time using Gerber when my Dodge Grand Caravan was rear ended last time, Gerber did an amazing job. This time a truck backed up to my front bumper and caused damaged. I chose Gerber because of the quality of service and the customer service provided last time and I'm happy to state that I received the exact same service this time. The process was quick, professional and easy with the staff going above and beyond. I really liked how they update you via text as well as calling out which just shows their dedication to customer service. Loved how when I picked up my van, not only did it look brand new on the outside, they had cleaned the inside and had that new car smell. It's things like this that make them stand out from the competition and makes you recommend them to everyone you know.

This place is not what it appears when you walk in. It appears neat, clean and professional. However, I was there for a repair estimate. The process is unprofessional being that they sent a girl out to take pictures of my car's damage... With her cell phone. She knows nothing about what she's looking at, isn't a technician or even a trained estimator??? That was the process then she said.. "you're all done, we'll email you the estimate". Really? They drew a repair estimate off of 5-6 pictures?? There's NO WAY! No way it's complete or even accurate! Then, the next day, I get a call wanting to know when I can schedule the repairs.. while at the same time, I get an email from the insurance company saying they received the estimate and are considering it a total loss. Why would you schedule repairs on a total loss? Is Gerber that clueless or unorganized? Needless to say... I wouldn't be using them down the road if it wasn't the other insurance claim paying.

Gerber please hire a kinder and more gentler staff who work hard to give customers a positive experience. Also, they need to train their Manager Debbie. I took my cars there off and on for years and noted in recent years that the customer experience has become horrible. A few years ago we had an issue with Debbie when she said she helped coordinate a rental and she argued with my husband that he “misunderstood” her. He is a very laid back person so we let it go…regardless, the body shop always did incredible work so we chalked it up to the fact that maybe Debbie had a bad day. I had no idea that in a few years, I would run into Debbie again and the experience would continue to be one of frustration. Today, after scheduling an appointment with Debbie to get the car looked at, I was told by Samantha that there was no appointment in the calendar and that I was mistaken. I told Samantha that I was not mistaken and that I even confirmed the appointment with Debbie. She kept going back to talk to Debbie and Debbie never came out so I insisted that Debbie come speak to me since I set the appointment with her. Debbie finally came out with guns blazing and told me that I was rude and that I was in the wrong and that I should’ve had my insurance company coordinate the quote. I told her that having insurance should have nothing to do with the fact that I scheduled to have the car looked at with her, and at that time there was no mention of anything else other than to arrive on that date. Instead of admitting, she made a mistake and was waiting to hear from my insurance company, which she never clarified with me, she did everything in her power to insinuate that I was stupid, uneducated on their process and she absolutely did not offer me any remedy. According to Debbie’s explanation, unless you have insurance , they will not work with non-insured people or people who simply want a quote. She claims that yes she spoke to me but I was supposed TO KNOW that after I set that appointment I had to call my insurance, who would then call her with a number to lock it in. I apologized to Samantha because I realized she was simply trying to work with me based on Debbie’s error and I left after Debbie told me that if I called my insurance company and got that number, they would give me an estimate immediately…however, when my nephew tried to clarify that all she needed was me to call the insurance company, she backpedaled and said well now she could only try to fit me in. She wasn’t certain that she could actually do it. Exasperated, I left and immediately drove to the other repair shop that my insurance company recommended. Within 15 minutes they had provided me a quote and set an appointment to bring it back for repair and did this without contacting the insurance company. They stated they would take care of all of that after the fact, and told me that Gerber could’ve done the same thing for me but decided To give me a negative experience versus a positive one. I will continue to go to Nick’s Auto Repair in the future. Gerber has lost a long-time customer Because Debbie is more fixated on being right instead of coming up with a solution.

Ive had my vehicles repaired here several times and every time we are treated with great customer service. We have had the misfortune to hit a deer recently and Debi the Manager got us scheduled in right away, got our rental scheduled for us and made everything so easy. Great company to do business with!

Outstanding customer service. If they make any mistakes they are quick to acknowledge them. They let me know every week how my repair was going. I'll definitely recommend them to my friends and family
