Valvoline Instant Oil Change

The gentleman at this Valvoline were absolutely fantastic. We needed to get air in our tires since the cold weather and they took care of us. The major compliment comes regarding the wind shield wipers. They work but no fluid would come out even though we had fluid in there. We assumed the motor went out. They asked about it and we told them and they said let us take a look. They looked and the fix didn't work and they closed the hood. They then reopened it and said no we are going to figure this out. They took the hose off and worked through it and they got it to work. It has been between a year or two that that has not worked. We were going to pay a lot at the dealer to get it fixed and they were able to fix it on the spot. I could not be more pleased with this Valvoline. I go to a lot of these places and have never written a review. That is how impressed I was with them.

They do a fine job, but their “15 minute oil change” is false advertising. I have come here probably 6-8 times and have never experienced this. Every single car takes 30-45 minutes each, and I’m not sure why because the crew mostly stands around the whole time. I’m sitting right now in line and the van in the bay has been in there for 35 minutes already. I’m going to try take 5 down the road to see if they can get the job done faster.

I needed air for my tires after my pressure light came on, I walked in to ask if that's something they would do, Andrew, and I think Jeremy (it was a J name I believe) were both super lovely and helpful. Just a wonderful experience.

I got my differential oil changed here. I made it 18 miles down the road, and the rear end of my truck got ripped out. My truck worked perfectly up to that point, and my wife was driving it at the time it happened. I had the truck taken to the dealership and informed Valvoline support of what happened. I figured that they are professionals, and people make mistakes; that’s why they have insurance. The dealership called me the next day and told me that people from Valvoline were looking at my truck; they never told me that they were even going to look at it. The dealership also informed me that there was no oil put in the differential, and that it caused $18,000 in damage. To make a long story short, after months of arguing and lies from the people at Valvoline, I ended up turning the damage into my insurance company. I recorded every conversation with them and took photos. I also asked difficult questions that only trained mechanics would know. In the end, they settled with the insurance company because of the evidence I gathered against them, and I got my deductible back. It’s sad because I felt like the people at the shop were nice. I tried working with your Customer Care team but they gave me the run around and hung up on me.

App said the wait was 0-10 minutes... 85 minutes later they're now starting my oil change.. 15 mins? More like 45 minutes avg... DONT COME HERE IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY!!

Valvoline provided one of the fastest and most efficient oil changes I’ve ever had. I was in and out in under 20 minutes! The staff was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. They even checked my tire pressure and topped off my fluids at no extra cost. Highly recommend this location for quick and reliable service!

The line was six cars deep which is insane to begin with because each vehicle will take a good 20 minutes which is being generous. You should never charge for tire rotation especially at $30! That is ludicrous highway robbery since you are already up charging the oil change 300%+.Tire rotation should ALWAYS be included. I won’t be back due to slow service and high prices. They even wrote the incorrect mileage as I purchased a full synthetic oil change which allows the vehicle to go 5,000 miles. They didn’t even reset my oil change light or let me know how to do that. Poor service.

The employees for very courteous and respectful.They told me things that needed to be done to my vehicle.That I did not know and I appreciate that.I was not pressured to do anything that I did not want done to my vehicle.And I was in and out and less than thirty minutes which I truly appreciated and I will definitely be returning and recommend them to my family and friends.
