Alex, Carl Shaleen are all awesome. I appreciate the way they help explain the services they are providing and I don’t feel like they’re trying to take advantage of me. I will be bringing all of my vehicles here for oil changes in the future great work and the prices are reasonable.

My crew was Daniel, Carl and Alex. What a fun, friendly and efficient group. Carl has mastered the art of humorous sarcasm. Alex tried to change a letter in my last name to make it funny. Daniel, never missed a beat and participated in the friendly banter. Definitely where I will go for my next oil change. They made it a great experience. Thanks guys!

2016 Honda CRV. It takes 4 quarts of synthetic 0w-20. This has to be one of the simplest oil changes for them to do. Guys that did the oil change were nice but I have had a problem in the past with all locations whether Valvoline or jiffy lube of them overfilling it. Thankfully I live less than a mile from jiffy lube got home and checked the oil and I'm over a half quart low. I topped it off myself. I called the place to let them know and the guy that answered said I'm welcome to stop by because they offered free top offs and they wanted to see if there was any leak. There's no leak. I checked underneath. I asked him why I would want to come back to a place that couldn't even do the simplest oil change. I should have known there was going to be problem when I asked if they sucked the old oil out or take out the drain plug, and the guy said we'll do either one. Don't most of these places now have a policy of not taking that plug out to avoid over-tightening stripping or leaks?

I do my oil change at this location and always get great service from the staff, they are very resourceful and kind. On my way to work today, I got a flat tire and pulled in to the shop and they help put my spare in free of charge even though the flat tire proved difficult to remove. Thanks to Daniel and the team for doing the right thing.
