This was my second time going to Harris for an oil change. Just like before – they were quick, courteous, and affordable. No upselling or pressure tactics. No phantom problems that needed my attention. They just did the work that I requested, and sent me on my way. As it should be!

Below zero weather Monday morning battery in BMW needed replaced and reprogrammed. Called as soon as shop opened dropped car off finished my shift at work. Waited a few minutes and car was done. Great service highly recommend.

I had my son’s car towed there for a tune up after I had attempted to change a spark plug. I told them the spark plugs needed replaced and the coils possibly needed done. They called me to tell me the coils did in fact need replaced and they thought something needed done with the transmission but would let me know once they scoped it. It took 3 days instead of one for them to look at it and when I went and picked it up there was a giant scuff mark. (They blamed the towing company which is possible) The man who checked me out was extremely rude and when I asked about the transmission he said they don’t work on transmissions. I was charged $1500 including a diagnostics fee when they didn’t diagnose anything. The car started smelling funny when I drove it home and a month later it won’t even go into drive unless you put it in park and rev it up and put it back in drive. They also didn’t do check any fluids or anything a tune up entails. Stay away from this place!
