Rieser's Autobody East

I recently had my vehicle repaired at Rieser’s Autobody Shop, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of work they did on my Lexus RX 350’s bumper and headlight. The repair job was flawless, and my car looks as good as new. A big thank you to Office Manager Kyla Paul, who was extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire process. She kept me consistently updated on the progress, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. Mark provided a fair and transparent estimate, which I really appreciated. And, of course, the owner, Alex Rieser, deserves credit for assembling such a skilled and professional team. Based on the exceptional service, quality of repair, and integrity displayed, I strongly recommend Rieser’s Autobody Shop for any repair work.

I recently had several dents on my truck fixed by Rieser's and I can't say enough about what a great job they did and how easy the process was. Great workmanship, communication, and they were very close to the original estimate. When I picked it up it looked better than when I dropped it off on the inside as well. Not sure if they performed a total "detail" but it looked great. Would definitely recommend.

Very positive experience through the whole process. Kyla at the front office was informative and courteous, going above and beyond expectations . The work was completed in a timely manner with all the insurance and rental paperwork completed behind the scenes. The car has never looked better and I appreciated the car wash . Everyone was very professional , appeared to take a personal interest and the shop was very clean. You can tell they are proud of the work they do.

Great work! Thanks! Honestly I don't understand the bad reviews for this place. Overall my experience was great with this body shop. The before and after pictures speak for themselves. The car wash they gave was exceptional; I've never seen my rims so shiny before, even when I bought the car. You might not be able to tell from the pictures but my car had close to $6k in repair costs (half parts & half labor) and was not driveable because it was overheating due to an accident little under a month ago. The process was relatively painless as State Farm and the body shop did everything behind the scenes. All I had to do was authorize repairs, pay the deductible, and pick it up. The only thing I wish they did better was I wish they provided regular updates to the customer via telephone, texts, or by using the State Farm website to post repair status. Regardless, the work looks great and I ended up getting my car 3 days early. Cheers!

My experience with Rieser’s has been great! Got my truck in on the 12th of March and got it back by the 21st! It would’ve been shorter to no fault of their own. The insurance company was being stingy about what kind of parts they bought. Everybody was very kind and patient with all my questions. They’ve got a small family-owned feel to them which I love. Thanks for your guys’ hard work, but hopefully I don’t have to see you guys again 😂 the one car accident was enough for me!

I can't say enough great things about my experience with Rieser's Auto Body. After my Kia Telluride was hit by a deer, I was overwhelmed—I'd never had to deal with anything like this before.
