From start to finish, everyone was friendly, helpful, and considerate. They seem to do work for many dealerships in the area, including high-end performance brands, and treat each vehicle with care. I had them look at my wheels for any bends that may be causing minor vibrations at highway speeds. They inspected and fixed everything within a day. They even went out of their way to explain specific issues that were addressed and minor issues that were not worth me paying for. It's hard to find shops with this much integrity, and I'll gladly take my car to them in the future.

I took a wheel in for inspection after having a blow out and roughing up the rim. Jeremy inspected it for free and gave me a recommendation on how to clean it up. While I was there I mentioned TPMS sensors in my new wheels not working. He quoted the best price I had gotten so far to replace them and check the balance on my wheels. I dropped my truck off this morning and picked it up after lunch complete. Also, they didn’t mind using the TPMS sensors that I had already purchased off Amazon. A+ Service!

Amazing customer service! I had a very specific timeline and lots of questions and they were so kind all thru the process. They even helped advise with color decisions and came up with the fabulous idea to add a logo. The powder coated rims and painted brake calipers look amazing. I would definitely recommend AWRS of Columbus and I’m sure I will return.

Had a tire shop scratch wheels really bad during the installation of new tires. Fortunately, they directed us to this company for wheel repair. From our entire experience here, we haven’t seen any other company like this out there. They are beyond respectful, thoughtful and clear with their communication. They helped unload the wheels, discussed plans of actions, and on returning to pick up the wheels they let us know which solution they went with and why. Just like before, they helped us load the wheels back into the car. You simply cannot find companies like this often anymore. You all have an incredible business and incredible workforce there. If you have a bad experience with a tire shop damaging your wheels, this company is one of your greatest shots at making things right. We’re incredibly grateful and happy with the results/experience. Thank you so very much for helping us restore our damaged wheels. Cannot recommend these people enough.

AWRS did an amazing job, the powder coating looks factory-quality, and you cannot even tell the rims were curbed beforehand. Definitely recommend!

These guys are AWESOME. I came in to fix the bend on my rim and they did it in the exact time they said. I made my appointment the day before and was in the next day at 8am. Super SUPER friendly staff and prices are absolutely fair. You guys did an amazing job I cannot thank you enough for your work. Definitely will come back if I ever have any future problems.
