Samuel was very helpful. The team there is always willing to explain the work that is being done. Car maintenance is always more expensive than what I want it to be, but they worked to help me prioritize what needs to be done first. I appreciate their dedication to my cars and their customers!

Guys at Grismer were great. Visiting family and car hit a pot/sink hole on 70 coming into town blowing out a sidewall. Grismer was able to locate an odd tire overnight and have it replaced very reasonably. Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend. Thank you, Grismer.

I dropped my car off the night before my early morning appt. Gary, Grismer’s Master Mechanic called me that morning and said he researched my issue and the service I inquired about was not needed for my vehicle according to the manufacturer, though he was more than happy to perform the work if I still thought it was needed. Gary saved me $325, and I am so appreciative of an honest mechanic. I will be purchasing new tires and need an oil change within the next couple months, and I plan to give all my future busing to Grismer. Thank you Gary!

Went to Grismer on E Broad for a replacement battery for my Passat. The staff was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and Blain was up front about the battery availability and price. I used their website 2 days prior to schedule the service, and they were able to get me in and out in less than an hour!!!!

Grismer and the employees there are great. They take good care of their customers at a fair price. A lot less than the dealers out there. I also appreciate the fact that they fix what needs to be fixed I don’t try to upsell you on a bunch of other unnecessary repairs. Please keep up the good work we consumers appreciate you.

I purchased my tires from them and they are great but I really love the 4 free oil changes!! My car is a 2010 and still runs like it’s new! Thanks Grismer for great tires and a less than 30 minutes oil change!!

My exhaust pipe came apart and they gave me a couple of options that I did not want to do. They told me I would be better off going to a shop that does Welding. They didn't even charge me! 😁 Thanks you for your Honesty, now I feel comfortable going there if needed in the future.

Great efficient service. I had purchased my tires at Grismer and the tire protection package as well. I had a nail in my tire...and called my local Grismer location. They replaced the tire and I was out of there in 36 minutes. Excellent customer service 👏 👌

Grismer is fantastic. They fit me in at the last moment and provide great service. I got free oil changes with a new set of tires and it’s been the best thing! The work that they recommend be done on the car is always a good idea. Well done.
