One word - EXTRAORDINARY ! By far my best experience at a car shop! The vibes were immaculate. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. I didn’t have an appointment but they got me right in! I highly recommend. 10/10.

I had a great experience at this business. My rear tires were 11 years old and starting to dry rot pretty badly, so I decided it was time for new tires all the way around. My dad had four new tires put on his Astro van last year and had a pleasant experience here, so I knew right where to go. I just so happened to also need an oil change, so I was able to get a free oil change along with the new tires as a special they had going on. Chelsea at the front was very professional and helpful. They made a mistake with my alignment the day my tires were installed, but I called the next day to come back in and get it corrected, and she was able to get me in the same day. My truck now drives better than ever. And more tread than I’ll probably ever wear out in the time I’ll own my truck! BFG KO2’s 😎 Thanks again! - Phillip Gray

I changed 4 of my tires in this location four months ago which said I could get life time rotation and balancing with all tire purchased(stills says in website). When it was time for oil change at next service they came up with price of $124+taxes for oil change and tires rotation only(nothing else like battery check , warning lights, under hood etc) thank god I asked the price before proceeding and I was unhappy and I'd never recommend this place to my friends. They just want one time customer giving all the offers on their website but never pay attention second time visit customers.

I have always gotten my tires and alignments here and never had an issue. In the past on multiple occasions I have taken my truck in for alignments and if they have found an issue like a bad ball joint or control arm, they’ve let me know and given me a free voucher to get it done once repaired. But then a few months ago I took it in for an alignment after replacing the front struts, and they just gave it a toe and go. I didn’t notice until I got home, so I called back and they said they don’t know why the camber wasn’t touched and to bring it back the next day to look at it again. After a few hours they called and said that the camber bolts were seized and they couldn’t do it. Thanks for that information the first time. Now here I am in December trying to get a tpms sensor and a tire rotation, which the rotation is included in the purchase of the tires. The lady told me to drop it off and it will be done by the end of the day, then I arrive and the guy at the counter turns me away saying I need to schedule it out next week, which is when I’m back to work and can’t make it during business hours. And they also charge $95 for a tpms sensor, which is crazy, I’ve never paid more than $45 here, then the lady tells me it’s been more than $45 for the past 7 years. I’m fed up with this location, like I said they’ve always treated me well, but anymore it just seems like they don’t care and threw customer service out the window. Won’t be purchasing tires or any services here again.

This was my second time coming to this location. First time I got 4 new tires and a oil change and dropped my car off. The staff were really friendly explained the process and service was not too long. I got a really good deal on the tires way better than anywhere else I looked at and I did my research. The second time I went back for some work that I needed but couldn't afford to get it done all in once. I needed 2 TPMS sensors replaced and a lower oil gasket. This time I stayed and it took about 3 hours. The time wasn't bad I appreciate the mechanics and service techs making sure the work was done right. I don't mind waiting for quality work. As I was waiting I was checked on and also offered a uber ride if I wanted to go home which was very nice. My own dealership doesn't even offer that and when they give you the option to get a car it never happens so I really appreciated the gesture. This is going to become my new place of business for my car. I feel like they really car and appreciate their customers here.

Yes, I just left the Broad Street Tire Discounters location your manager Steve is the best guy I’ve ever dealt with. I literally live in Westborough Ohio and I came over to Broad Street, which is a 30 minute drive for me just to have him service my car and do my tires Steve is top-notch. His customer service is spot on and You guys should value him as a manager store employee because he’s the best.

I was sent to this store because the tires that should have been ordered for the Heath location never came in and my tires needed replaced. I drove to the Reynoldsburg location and Steve was very accommodating and even stayed late to make sure that my car was finished. Liz was also very helpful as many of my lug nuts needed replaced and she replaced all of them and educated me on what lug nuts I needed to last long. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Best experience I have ever had thanks to Steve and Liz. They are the best and have awesome customer service care!
