About a year ago, I decided to purchase a new battery before moving across the country. Came in knowing exactly what I wanted, and though they weren't sure they had it in stock as it said they only had 1, they were willing to go search for it in their stock. After checking out, they offered to install it for me, and they let me know one of my terminal connectors should be replaced, and they did that for me as well. About 7 months later, after the big move, I realized the other terminal connector was going as well and went to one of the locations near work to get a new one. Was immediately told by an employee that I'm not taking care of my battery properly without looking or hearing me out what the problem was. I very much miss this location, and I do not remember who had helped me, but all the employees here over the years have been great

Date of Experience: May 1, 2025 Time: Approximately 4:50–5:10 PM Today, I had one of the most disappointing customer service experiences. I visited the store to purchase brake pads and rotors for my vehicle. I was the first customer in line and waited patiently while Frank, the employee on duty, spent nearly five minutes texting on his phone before finally acknowledging me. After I provided my car’s make and model, Frank briefly looked it up on the computer, then went to grab a ladder. At that moment, another customer walked in. Without any explanation or courtesy, Frank completely shifted his attention to the new customer, ignoring me entirely. I continued to wait, hoping he would return to assist me, but instead, he proceeded to help yet another customer—a woman—while deliberately glancing in my direction. At that point, I couldn’t help but feel that I was being treated differently, possibly because of my accent. It was disheartening and frustrating. I eventually decided to leave and went to O’Reilly, where I was treated respectfully and served promptly. I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that it leads to better training and accountability. Every customer deserves to be treated with fairness and respect, regardless of background or appearance.

Th guys working tonight saved my life. My power steering was shot and they got the part I needed and cleaned up the mess I made. They just wanted me to make it home. I couldn’t have been luckier than to make it to that auto store at the right time.
