I was really impressed with this company! Yesterday I went to Valvoline for an oil change and tire rotation, when they went to do the tire rotation, they couldn’t because they thought I had a broken stud. So I stopped at the tire place next door and instantly the guy at the desk was rude and condescending. So I left and came to NTB, a completely different environment. They were such a big help. Come to find out it was just a loose lug nut. They went a step further and tightened the lug nut free of charge. Definitely recommend and will be back!

I had a great experience. While driving across states had a tire issue. My tires are hard to find and when I called not only did they have 2; they had a same day appointment. I was in and out in less than an hour; with a needed alignment. Scotty and Otis took good care of me and I was able to get home safely to Delaware from Ohio. 400+ miles later no issues. I also like their email appt summary with location and phone links. I knew exactly what the costs were and it was reasonable. Highly recommend! I also liked you could see in the shop while you waited.

Very reliable and sweet and low price and took me in.. I went to the 256 location and manager acted like he wouldn’t even help me but east broad was extremely helpful and quick and even stayed a bit longer just for me. They made sure I was very comfortable and kept checking on me. Even has a nice waiting room which by the way is very clean!! Highly recommended and I love it here!!

Great experience! I was able to get 4 new tires, same day, within an hour and 15 min of the original start time. Scott was wonderful - helped keep me on budget, and also explained a few other repairs I need to be aware of. I highly recommend this location, and I will definitely be back!
