Tire Source - Medina

I’ve used Tire Source for many years at multiple locations. I’ve always been happy and they have always gone above and beyond. They are honest, and very fairly priced. I’ve never felt pressured to do anything extra, but they keep safety in mind and are up front and honest about recommended maintenance and preventative work. I appreciate their honesty and quality work!

Great Experience! Both "Curtis" Delivered & Installed just as promised! No Delays, No excuses... My Tires were procured & installed without ANY issues. Immaculate store and an appreciated bottle of cold water! I could not ask for anything more!

I don’t have enough space to say all the good things I would like to say about the team and service at Tide Source. My wife needed a tire shop for specialty tires (camper) on a weekend after buying a used camper. Curtis took the time for multiple planning phone calls, then when the day came, he personally blocked traffic while we backed the camper into the lot and he put on our new tires, all just before closing time. He was familiar with towing trailers and he had great advice. The rest of the crew that I talked to was also courteous. (Good thing we decided to buy the tires before getting on the interstate- Curtis found a separated band in one of the tires that would have led to a blow out on the interstate.)

They were very polite, and informative. I had a balance problem with my tires that was purchased from another dealer. They tried to remedy the issue. Unfortunately after hours of working on the tires they had to tell me the tires were not salvageable and will need to be replaced. Not what i wanted to hear on tires with less than 20 Thousand miles. I do feel they made a difference on the balancing of the tires. I do plan on buying the new set from them as soon as I get a few things sorted out. I feel this tire company is looking out for my best interest. I look forward to working with them in the future

Great experience. Despite not having an appointment ahead of time, the crew worked me in and serviced my son’s jeep prior to his return to school. We’ve come to appreciate their service that goes above and beyond…consistently!

Best tire experience I’ve had! They got my exact tire in and on within 24hrs of me calling. Kyle was a great help, and the service was wonderful.

Great service, called on a Sat morning and needed 2 tires repaired. Told them no rush because they were busy. I dropped my Jeep off around 9:00 and it was done by noon.
