Steve and his other mechanics are so nice and helpful. If he cant fix it he refers you to someone else that is equally nice and helpful. Wont go anywhere else

Steve was very kind to take a look at my car even without an appointment, so I wouldn't get stranded. I had this battery/starting issue over a year. Went to several places but none seemed to be able to find the issue. Steve did a great job with the electrical. He found the problem, was able to get my batteries replaced under warranty and get the original manufacturer part the same day so I had my car by afternoon. I am very appreciative of his kindness, listening to my observations and fixing my car so quickly. It now runs like when I first purchased it. And he tried to keep the cost down for me. His receptionist was also very understanding and nice to speak with. She was able to take me home while I waited for the repair. I highly recommend the service at Spring Grove Automotive.

Steve is amazing! Easy to talk to and explains everything that is wrong with my truck and explains what they are going to do to fix it. very trustworthy wouldn't dream of going anywhere else!
