Extremely positive experience. Cody/Cory M. was upfront and honest about costs and isolated the critical stuff. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, I never once felt ripped off or scammed. The work was solid and done quickly. Will definitely be back and would suggest this location to anyone in need of repairs.

Midas in Medina is known for their great and friendly service. I recommend this shop and mechanics to all of my family and friends. They give updates of when work will be done, and are always willing to share the cost of the repairs before working on vehicles. Nick, the current manager goes out of his way to work with customers, is very professional, and helpful.

Nick and his team did an excellent job on a major repair as well as their recommendation on a new set of tires. Timing of needed repair was unexpected however the team made things work and in time to meet travel committments. They went above and beyond to get the repairs done. Much appreciated and within manageable budget for required repairs. I have found their technicians to be very capable and their longevity within the shop says something about they ability to service repeat clients like myself.

I usually do not go to a garage without my significant other present, but when I called him he mentioned to go to Midas. There I spoke with Nick who was very professional. He was willing to help any way he could. This is an honest garage with a great manager ! I would not hesitate to do more business here in the future and will recommend to anyone.
