NAPA Auto Parts

Napa is one of those auto parts stores that has been serving the automotive parts space for years. While the "BIG BOX CHAIN" auto parts stores provide for the most part, the exact same thing at a somewhat less expensive price, the oftentimes teenage store associates are not going to provide you with the knowledge that is often available at many NAPA retailers. While I do shop at both NAPA and the big chain auto parts stores (Napa's are usually are not open late), there is definitely key differences. Let's talk about motor oil and antifreeze. For those of us still driving cars with internal combustion engines, this is a necessity. NAPA's own brand of both of these products is usually MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE than the 3 major chain stores. Did you know that they don't just stock auto parts? if you have the part number or know the size, you sometimes can get certain parts like bearings or a belt for your Lawn Mower or Washing Machine. How about a headlight bulb for your bicycle? They can even mix auto paint at many of their stores for that project vehicle you are working on. Maybe you just need some touch up paint for a scratch. Or perhaps you need some bolts and nuts to fix that broken wheelbarrow. Many of these stores have books/catalogs to cross-reference things that sometimes the computer doesn't show you. Kind of like going to the card catalog at your local library, if they even do that anymore.....The point is that the experienced employees at NAPA make it worth paying a little extra. If you go to many of the "big box auto part chain stores" and they can't look it up on the computer, you're screwed, to put it politely. When you need something next time, call NAPA too. You never know, NAPA might have what you need for less.

This should be the Napa don't know how.. had to look up my own part cause they weren't trained at all on what they sold. Told me they didn't have a fuse I was looking for and low and behold it was right out on the shelf. I love Napa products better than the other competition but I'll never use the orlo owned Napas ever again👎👎👎

After one thing in particular. Had it 2 bucks cheaper than TSC. Kind of hard to believe. Nice people.

Good guys and gals working here very knowledgeable definitely not AutoZone or one of the stores you walk into where everyone relies on a computer these guys have actual mechanical knowledge and understanding of what you're trying to do and the parts needed.

These guys are always super helpful and not your typical idiot parts guys from the other stores. They always find what I need or point me in the right direction. Glad to have them as a resource in the community.
