Came in willing to pay one price for tires. Upon arrival the gentleman working the shop had a better offer to present to me for the same set I was willing to pay significantly higher for. Beyond pleasantly surprised. Great deal for tires new an used. Also gave advice as to why tires were wearing a certain way. Great service. Will be back in future.

I had a tire leaking air. Called Firestone. They say drop the car off and we’ll try to get to it today. No can do. I need my car. So I called Katz. They say Bring it in. I pull into their parking area and before I can get out of my car, they are at my door asking how they can help! Five minutes later, I’m aired up and on my way! And they are Super Nice Guys too!! Give these great guys your business. They are local boys working hard to make a name for themselves.

Katz (Medina)hands down is the best place to get tires. I purchased 4 tires for one of my vehicles a few months ago from Katz (got a great deal/ best price in town and I checked them all). Today I found out that I had a nail in my tire and was losing air. One place in town told me I needed a new tire ($367 for one) and the hole could not be plugged. I went to Katz and they not only plugged it, but did it for free since I was a returning customer, even through it was not the same car I bought tires for a while back. Customer service is off the charts!! I will only buy tires from Katz moving fwd. 10 Star in my book!!!
