Great service. They're very up front about what needs done and what it will cost and don't quote you for things you don't need. They can usually service your car pretty quickly, too. They may not be the cheapest option, but definitely one of the better ones.

We had used Rad Air several times and was pleased with them. Then I sent my wife in with my pick up and Chuck's estimate was 380.00 something. The part he said was 189.00 and 2 hours labor. I bought the part and fuel filter for 80.00. I installed the part and the filter in 45 minutes. I had to remove the spare tire and put it back because it was in the way.

I was hunting for a place to get tires and some work done, didn’t know who to trust. I was talking about finding a place and a guy named Troy said come over to Rad Air, we’ll take care of you! I was greeted by Chuck, who took care of everything. Their diagnostics and commitment to providing excellence in every thing they do was something I hadn’t seen in decades. They went over my high mileage vehicle, found the real cause of my problems and with my permission, fixed everything at a fair price, saved me hundreds! I was extremely pleased with the results of their American Car Care commitment, I’ll never go anywhere else!

I get my Jeep serviced at the Medina location, I have had nothing but great experiences. This past time I took it in not knowing what was wrong with my Jeep, and super nervous about what was wrong and the cost. I called and spoke to Chuck and he said “yep bring it in”. I feel like a friend there, I walk in and Chuck starts laughing bc I’ve brought both my jeeps there previously and I just never know what I’m doing lol. They took a look at it and figured out right away what was wrong and that it wasn’t safe to drive, which I had no idea my Jeep was that bad. Since I didn’t know I wouldn’t be driving it home he offered me a free loner car to use, which I was so grateful for! I had a warranty on some stuff and others I didn’t but he still waived those fees and put it under my warranty due to the severity of what was wrong with my jeep and what it did to my brake pads. The cost was NOT as much as I thought it would be. I picked up keep the next day, and it felt brand new driving it. I truly appreciate all the work they do, how timely they do the work, the friendliness, and professionalism. And you get a candy bar when you pick up your vehicle!
