Jiffy Lube

Chase, Thomas and Courtney really came through as the A team and delivered exceptional customer service. I had an appointment at Walmart three days in a row and was canceled all three times due to staffing. I needed to get my oil changed and tires rotated. I called Jiffy Lube and Chase said they closed in 20 minutes and if I could get there before they closed he would take care of me. I arrived 2 minutes after I called and they were at the door ready to get to work. I’m very thankful for these three and how quick, friendly and efficiently they operated. You have now gained a new customer! Thank you to the A team for getting my car needs addressed and getting me back on the road!!

Was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable gentleman when I pulled up, that told me there may be a wait more than 15 minutes. I waited in the lounge where they offered free water and unlimited informational jiffy lube commercials on their tv. The personnel were upfront with the cost and didn’t try to sell me on anything that I didn’t need. A lil hint, go on the website and look for coupons and set up a “get estimate” to find your estimated total before you get there.

Wonderful, polite and helpful staff! They let me choose to either sit in my car, or come into the nice clean lobby to wait. Very patient with me while I scrambled for my phone charger. The little lamps inside have outlets and the bathroom is very clean. Offered to rotate my tires, idk if that’s extra, but I declined as it had just been done by my mechanic in my home town. I had just gone thru the car wash but they still washed my windows. I will come here every time I’m in Medina!

Usually pretty good. Today however they put the wrong weight oil in my car. Their in store database was wrong. Despite the fact the correct weight oil is clearly visible on the filler cap. Additionally they said my VIN indicates a turbo charged engine when in fact it’s not. I called them and they will replace the oil, but this makes it NOT so “Jiffy”.

It was a day of my son‘s rehearsal dinner. He was getting married. The next day I was stressed had lots of running around to do and the last thing I needed was a flat tire. When I got into my car and showed the tire pressure was low. I about panicked. I stopped off at the Jiffy Lube in Medina and the three young gentleman that were there quickly got the car up on the lift diagnosed and found the tiny little stupid screw that I’ve gotten in my tire and we’re able to fix it very quickly. These gentlemen, calm my nerves, fix the problem quickly and inexpensively and saved my day. I will be recommending highly to anyone who needs service.
