My hometown parts store, that I've been going to 40 years, has gone from a personal parts automotive consultant/machine shop to an overpriced computer operated, no personality convenience store. So sad, because I know the crew cares about their customers, but I can see that big bosses are bringing them down. Online ordering is most the time half the price.... Very sad.

I had an unusual and difficult issue with my car a few weeks back. Brandi and her staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful. The problem was resolved and I wasn't even charged for one of the items that they used to help fix it. I GREATLY appreciated it and will be back for my future car care needs.
