Herold Family Auto and Tire - Medina

We just moved from Virginia to Spencer Ohio. We had no relationship with anyone do maintenance on our vehicles. My car needed work done and the folks at Herold Family Auto took care of us. I cannot say enough good things about this establishment. They are always very prompt in getting my vehicle in (oftentimes the next day). Their prices are more reasonable than most places. They are honest, and work quickly while keeping you updated every step of the way. So glad I found them, and will continue to use their services. Great work!

I’ve invested a significant amount of money in vehicle repairs at this shop (over $5,000, potentially closer to $10,000) in the last eight months. Today, when I called with concerns, I was abruptly told 'sounds like a dealership problem' and the call ended. This is unacceptable, especially considering the recent $3,000 repair I paid for at this very shop for the same vehicle. Initially, I trusted this place, but I've become increasingly concerned about the escalating prices. Furthermore, the customer service I received today was extremely poor. To be treated so rudely and have the call abruptly ended after spending considerable money at this establishment is incredibly disappointing.

When they installed a faulty hose clamp through no fault of their own, they backed up their work and went above and beyond to fix the damage caused. They even gave me a loaner while they completed the job. Would highly recommend!

This auto shop was recommended to me and I'm glad I followed through. It has been 3 weeks since my car was serviced and it is running great! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Clear, upfront pricing before the car is serviced.They have a free loaner car that can be used while you are waiting. I highly recommend this shop!

This place is awesome! They were able to get me in 20 minutes after I called, I waited 15ish minutes for my tire to be patched up and was on my way back to work. 100/10 would recommend .
