ALWAYS ready to help, even on short notice. Highly recommend them. I recently took my car in for a low tire pressure gauge last minute and they said bring on in. They found a nail and fixed it right then. FANTASTIC!!! 🤩

I’ve had my car into Grizzly Auto a few times over the recent years and I’ve always had a pleasant experience there. The service is always quick and easy, even during their busiest time of year. Jim and Paul have always been patient and kind when I ask them questions. I highly recommend Grizzly Auto due to their high level of customer service.

Paul and Jim helped me get my exhaust and tire fixed today, these guys were incredible!!! The work done by his mechanics was top shelf and the cost was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend these guys and I'm looking forward to doing future business with Grizzly Auto & Tire and again Thank You so much Paul and you too Jim!!!

Jim and Paul continue to provide quality service for our family’s vehicles. The Outback needed some front end work done as the ball joint’s were beat up. Jim identified one side in October that would eventually need replaced but told me to wait until the next oil change. This is one of the aspects I respect about Grizzly, they are helpful and honest with what the car needs at that moment. My daughter (who lives in Pittsburgh) plans her visits home around when she can get her beater in to their shop. Thanks Grizzly!

I was aware of Grizzly for years, but always assumed it was primarily a tire & oil change shop. I was later informed they were full service so I checked them out. I was pleasantly surprised! They've been able to take care of all my needs, from the simple small stuff like mounting & balancing tires, up to quite large projects like replacing significant parts 'under the hood' that require a lot of specific know-how. I'm one of those customers that does most of the maintenance on my vehicles because I'm particular about the work being done. When I have a job that's outside my skillset, I'm 100% comfortable taking my vehicles to Grizzly Auto. It also helps that their customer service is great! Their front desk guy, Ross, is solid. And I've run into the owner a couple times as well. Really nice guy that shoots it to ya straight. He won't BS you simply to put an extra buck in his pocket. If you probably DON'T need a particular part replaced, he'll give you his honest opinion. My ONLY complaint(?) is that they don't have weekend hours, so that makes it mildly more difficult for people that work the normal Mon-Fri gigs.

I've been dealing with Grizzly for years. I am very impressed with the kindness and honesty of this staff. When I found them, I had called all over to get prices, and they had the best price. Was worried about service, but they are always very honest and now they work on all of our cars, and we've never had a problem with their service. I always recommend them to friends!
