The staff was friendly, I took my car to be fixed and it only took a week. But after I got my car back I noticed they ripped my bumper sticker off, when the damage was on the front of my car so there was no reason for it. There was a check engine light on in my car after I got it back also so we called them to schedule them to fix the sensor they broke and it has been going on 3 weeks now and they have not returned any phone calls, emails or anything. Since they screwed my car up you would think they would actually fix it but apparently not. Now I have to take my car somewhere else to get it fixed (and pay now) since they apparently don’t want to finish my car. Wouldn’t recommend or go back.

They did a great job repairing my car after some vandals put a ding in it. Easy to work with. Would recommend to friends and family.

This company is by far the best. Hands down.... They have done everything from scheduling a rental car too putting in the up most work hours to make sure my car was fixed. They gave me the reassurance I needed. I would STRONGLY recommend this company for anything. Thank you so much for the awesome work you've done. I can't be more grateful Before and after pictures

It’s very hard to find people as honest, hard working, and meticulous as the group at South of the Square. We have been going to them for years, and every time, the results are nothing short of perfect. The rates are low, the work is fantastic, and they are always timely. The only problem is getting an appointment because everybody else loves them just as much! Thank you to the entire team for your many years of help!

They are a great place to deal with and everyone is extremely nice and polite. They handled everything and explained how to return rental car and everything. When my car went in the front end was smashed in pretty bad but as you can see the work was excellent. Would definitely recommend them and will use again if I need auto body repairs

Very poor service and customer satisfaction. We took our vehicle in on Monday for minor parking lot dents in the front passenger fender. We were told our vehicle would be ready by the end of the week. We received no updates from anyone on the status of the work being done. I sent an email to Tony Hoyt and never even received a response or phone call back. We called on Thursday to see when we would be able to pick up the vehicle and we were told it would not be ready until Tuesday now. I was out of town on Tuesday and my wife went to pick up the vehicle. She was told by Tony everything was done and ready to go and she brought the vehicle home. When I got back in town I noticed that the side molding on the passenger side was not installed and there was door seal missing also. We had to take the vehicle back in for them to finish the work that was not done when we originally picked up the COMPLETED work. Why were told everything was done and completed by Tony if it wasn't? Very poor customer service and even worse keeping us updated on the status of our vehicle. We will never go back to this place or ever recommend them to anyone. We have also contacted State Farm insurance company about this service and dissatisfaction.

Edit: it’s been months I gave up on trying to get them to fix what they broke. Went to a reliable shop instead. They never once reached back out or apologized. Terrible customer service
