Cole’s Auto Repair Shop

I recently visited Cole's Auto Repair Shop and had an excellent experience. Greyson was honest, polite, knowledgeable, and quick with the work; something I often look for when dealing with my automotive needs without success. He had me in and out in such a short time, all while paying less than I have in prior experiences. I will bring my car back for future services and intend to let friends and family know about this gem of a shop. For those who use Google Maps to find this shop, at the time of posting, he is listed on the main street. That isn't correct, as he is back in the business park just behind the marked location listed.

I don’t really write reviews but this place definitely deserves nothing less than 5 STARS. Came in today to get my car looked at as I was concerned with a sound that had popped up. Grayson was super chill and honest in telling me what needed to be done to fix the issue. He didn’t waste my time and try to find a way to make a quick buck. The amount they charge for brakes and rotors to be put it in for you is by far the absolute CHEAPEST out of any of these mechanic shops. I 100% will be bringing my vehicle back for future repairs as well as my father. If you are looking for an honest and extremely reasonable priced mechanic, look no further than this place. If I could give more than 5 stars, I most definitely would. Do not hesitate with Cole’s Auto Repair Shop! To the person who tried to say $100 is “expensive” for having your breaks replaced, go ahead and find somewhere cheaper or DO IT YOURSELF. I guarantee you won’t find anywhere cheaper. Most of these shops are charging $250+ just for getting the front or back replaced. $100 is a HUGE difference.

This shop is by far the best shop in town. Stop in to get your car looked at with any issues you may be facing with it. Grayson was super detailed on what was going on with my car. After fixing my car the first time he looked at it again because it was having a small issue and was on top of what was going on exactly. This place is wonderful and very friendly. I will definitely be back with any issues in the future that may be going on.

COLES AUTO SAVED ME SO MUCH MONEY. Oh my gosh I’m so glad I brought my car here. Other shops were telling me I needed way more done to my vehicle and it would be upwards of $1,000 (and keep my vehicle for days) and Cole’s got it done for way less than half that and had it done by lunch time! I drove all the way from Columbus to bring my car here and will do it again in the future for sure.

Don’t normally write reviews but never had such a good experience at an auto shop. Needed a new window regulator and while other shops were backed up for weeks Cole’s got me in the next day and also charged extremely fair price. Greyson was super friendly and professional, work was done super fast. Definitely recommend!
