I called to ask about synthetic 20 w 50 motor oil was in stock..I was assured it was there In store.. Arrived at store was not in stock and was a waisted trip. This is not the first time this happened and needed to go on the other side of Medina to buy from Orielys . It is extremely frustrating to make the effort to call just to find incompetence from the counter answering the phone. Been a customer for many years and the service becoming very suspect

09/18/2024 I usually have a good experience at Autozone. That was not the case today. When I entered this store, I was not greeted. That really isn’t a big deal, but there was only one employee at the counter and was looking at his phone. Maybe his activity was work related. Anyway, I picked up one item I was looking for from a shelf, but I couldn’t find the other item, Duplicolor prep wipes. Why is it so hard to have a couple packs of Duplicolor prep wipes in the paint section? I’ve been to three AutoZones in the past two days, and not one of them had the prep wipes. I later found a pack at an Advance Auto Parts, and it was their last one. I went to the register to pay for my item and said hi to a different, older employee (I won’t write his name publicly). He didn’t say anything. He just gave me a weird look. I paid for my item, and he mumbled something and still had the weird look on his face. He couldn’t have seemed less interested in what he was doing. I don’t normally like to give bad reviews, but that was a very odd experience that needs to be brought to the manager’s attention. Messed up transaction of over 100 dollars didn't get the damn refund yet! It's been 2-3 weeks then had to return parts same nothing back ill just never return my husband has worked for Chrysler for 25 hrs and swears by you not anymore lost very good loyal customers

This is a standard auto parts store with a knowledgeable staff and good selection. I placed an online order for store pickup and received a text/email when ready. They will read trouble codes in the parking lot and also provide simple services like battery/lights/wiper replacement for you as well as testing a battery in store. Easy to get to and handy to have close by. I'd use them again if necessary.

Very helpful. They aren't allowed to change a fob battery, but he let me use a screw driver and pulled up a video on how to do it. I was done in a few minutes thanks to his help.

Usually have what is needed. Close to home. Good hours of operation. Friendly staff. Prices average. We appreciate being able to dispose of waste motor oil at no charge.

Very RUDE counter person REFUSED to look up a part I have bought thousands of dollars worth of parts at Auto Zone and have never had a person tell me they could not look up a part left my other things on the shelf walked out went to Advance around the corner young man LOOKED it up and brought one to the counter The difference between lazy and helpful
