UPDATE: After my original post, I received a call from Ryan, Operations Manager, about the scheduling issues. He offered me the opportunity to schedule one last time for a discounted price due to the issues I had encountered. Ryan was very apologetic and expressed his interest in maintaining quality customer service. This business had come highly recommended, so I decided to give it another try. I went in for my scheduled appointment and was able to get my windshield replaced within 45 minutes! I was really impressed that Ryan had reached out and wanted to resolve the situation. So far, the windshield looks great. While it took some time to get in, I was satisfied by the resolution. The run-around I was given was INSANE. I booked my appointment for a windshield replacement over the phone, detailing my car's make and model. When I arrived, my windshield was removed and the technicians were getting ready to place the new windshield on when they noticed a crack in the new glass. They informed me that they would have to order a new windshield and I would need to come back the next day. While they were putting my old windshield back on, they informed me that they had in fact ordered the WRONG glass size anyways and now need to order a special-size windshield. Ordering the special size would be another two weeks. Two weeks later, I received a call on a Tuesday morning that my windshield had finally come in. I made my appointment for the following Thursday at 5pm. When I arrived on Thursday, at 4:45, all the doors/garages were locked and closed. I called the number on the door and was told that my appointment "didn't save in the system." Either way, the business hours state they are open until 6. So, I'm not sure why they were closed before 5. However, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I once again rescheduled my appointment for the next Wednesday, at 5pm. The next Wednesday, I received a call at 8:00am. Ashley from TechnaGlass informed me that the technicians didn't think they would have enough time to complete my windshield replacement before close. They asked me to once again RESCHEDULE my appointment, now asking if I could make a Saturday appointment. This would be my fourth time scheduling an appointment. I decided to cancel my appointment all together. The 5pm appointment time had never been brought up as an issue before this. In fact, at my first appointment, they told me my replacement would take less than an hour. I am really disappointed.

UPDATE: Finally, my Porsche is repaired, total damage $2,953.42. I dont have much recourse because it would cost more to hire an attorney or some other legal remedy. Lesson Learned, if you have a nice car, dont take it to Techna Glass. I took my vehicle to Techna Glass for a passenger window replacement. They had to remove the interior door panel and molding from the door frame as part of the glass replacement. However, they did an extremely poor job of reinstalling the door panel and molding because so far, six fasteners have popped off or dislodged from the door frame. Now the door panel and molding rattles non-stop and is becoming more and more detached from the door frame. Now the bottom half of the door panel is nearly seperated from the door frame. I raised the issue to the manager that was on duty, and he gave me the brush-off.

This is the second time that I have used TechnaGlass, to replace a windshield! The price was $40 less than anyone else in town & I have a special windshield that is E-Glass Reflective Type! These people are experts at replacing windshields correctly & they wasted no time getting the job done! The van rolled up to my place & they told me it would most likely take 30 min but, it was done in 15 min that's how experienced the crew is & I tipped them both 5 dollars! Being a return customer, I can't say enough good things about this company & can recommend with no worries! Before & after pic's mixed together!

They got my windshield installed within an hour. They were kind and courteous. Rock chips after installation are free for the Lifetime of the glass! That's amazing! Thanks guys. My new go to for windshield replacement.

What an excellent job. Super friendly staff with excellent prices they replaced my semi truck windshield with in short period of time I didn’t even stay more then 30min they deserve more than five stars.

Got tinted windows and they left bubbles and scratches everywhere. Waited the 3 to 5 days for them to go away and they are still showing. Trying to call is nearly impossible because no one answers the phone.
