All the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The manager Bobby was great and loved that he interacted with his staff during the services checking each car as well. He is very knowledgeable about cars and explained everything completed on my car and future services I will be needing. I definitely recommend this service store. (Wyoming/Menaul)

Staff were pleasant and very courteous. Nonetheless, I was told my rear pads were worn and a rear brake service was recommended. I agreed, but at no time was I told the rotors would be replaced. In fact, I figured the rotors were still in decent condition since the pads weren’t completely worn. Nonetheless the rotors were replaced at a cost of $175 above the $250 brake service. If these guys try to upsell you, make absolutely certain you know exactly what work is to be done and for how much.

The best JiffyLube! I can't recommend them enough!! Angelo greeted me, checked me in, and was so professional, helpful, and courteous! Robert changed my oil, cashed me out, and was also awesome along with James. They were all so understanding of my needs. Most of all, Bobby, the manager, took the time to explain to me things my car needs, letting all the staff know what I requested, helping me by letting me use a coupon, going out of his way to finding out and letting me know about more vehicle service my particular car needed, and offered to answer any other questions I might have at a later date! What a blessing!🙏🏻 I was in a funk, but everyone here made my day!! They are a great example to others!!!😊👍🏻❤️

I recently visited Jiffy Lube for a tire balancing, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. The team was super friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They explained the entire process clearly, making sure I understood what was involved and why it was necessary, which I really appreciated. Not only were they transparent and informative, but their competence was also evident—my car was in great hands! The work was done quickly and efficiently, and I was back on the road in no time. On top of that, the pricing was competitive, so I felt like I was getting great value for the quality of service provided. Huge thanks to the team at Jiffy Lube for making this such a smooth and positive experience! I’ll definitely be returning for any future car needs. Highly recommend!

I have to give a mixed review. It took forever. And another car that was there before me took a lot longer. The staff was super sweet and nice. But their manager was snappy at them and just not nice and was functioning at a speed that was not comfortable for anybody that's hard to explain. But he was barking it the rest of the staff and that wasn't okay. But the service I received was good from the staff
