Beware!!! This company does Not take responsibility for their employees or the job they provide to customers 😠 I took my car to have my front window replaced due to a crack caused by a rock. First of all the didn’t call me for an appointment made by my insurance company so I called them (should of been my first clue) I made the appointment expecting to be there for a couple of hours according to the information provided. It took less than 20 minutes to complete (second clue) As I was pay my bill I was told that my safety camera could not be calibrated and I needed to take it to my dealer where I bought my car (third clue) And the (fourth clue) I was given a discount on my deductible since they couldn’t calibrate my safety equipment. Not only could they NOT provide me with a job completed job, they damaged the molding around my windshield and have NOT till this day fixed it as promised. That was months ago. Good luck taking your vehicle there for anything!

Referred by my Dad, and I cannot speak highly enough about this shop! After contacting my insurance and being required to pay the deductible, I was able to get my BMW into TechnaGlass on Menaul the same day, right away. Friendly staff, great service, and just over half the price of my deductible!! No insurance claim required. Quality + Great Team = 1 satisfied and grateful customer!

Took my Audi A7 for rear glass. Brought the car in due to a busted rear hatch glass. New glass Fitment was not the greatest. The aftermarket glass didn't fit or appear as the original did. (Lack of parts knowledge on company) Then tech began having issues reinstalling trim. I noticed no proper trim tools being used and pounding, resulting in disfigured trim, incorrect, and uninstalled properly . Upon further inspection, noticed side of car is scratched (after I got home) . Overall, I was not satisfied with the experience. My car is not the same as before I came in. The staff was wonderful and I think this was just a fluke because of the type of car. German cars are made different, then the snap on snap off domestic car.

EFFICIENCY ---These folks are just superb. I got help with insurance, scheduled quickly after someone vandalized my windshield. And they installed the new windshield in around a half hour; friendly, no BS. I rarely write reviews unless I encounter a truly outstanding business. My experience was duplicated by my neighbor, so it was no fluke. Got window glass issues? You won't regret giving them your business.
