T M's Collision Repair

It's been about 3 months since they repaired the front right of my car (bumper, headlight, side panel) and I have had no problems with my vehicle. As far as I can tell, it is operating like new. This repair shop had great communication throughout the entire process and still retains a friendly, considerate attitude alongside their professional nature. I definitely recommend them.

I went through insurance. My car looked amazing after, pretty much brand new! It took them only a few days and the car cleaning was the icing on the cake. The staff was also very friendly.

I chose TM’s Collision from a list that my insurance sent me after getting into an accident. From the first step of scheduling the estimate to picking up my car after the repair was complete, they made the process easy. Everyone was really friendly and the car was complete on time. The automated text system that kept me updated was awesome! Definitely recommend this place!

Super staff; courteous and patient. Did the Compete job; heck, the car may look better now then it did before the accident! They even cleaned up the curb rash on my rims! The text updates on their progress was very reassuring. The car was returned to me clean and waxed.

The wait for my vehicle to be inspected was a little long however once it was inspected they scheduled the repair for the following week. They said it would take 2 days and they were spot on!! They even cleaned my vehicle. I was extremely satisfied and will return should I ever need collision repair again. Thank you for a great experience TM's Collision Repair!

Fantastic experience. We chose this company even though they are almost 100 miles from our home because of their excellent reputation & their google reviews. They handled the ornery insurance company & they provided excellent, compassionate customer service. We were kept informed every step of the way & were consulted about various options. They are very busy & you may have to wait to get in, but they honor their schedule & once they accept your vehicle the turnaround speed is amazing! Our repairs ( not just a fender bender, included mechanical, electrical, & body work) were top notch & the price matched the estimate ( very reasonable). Our 2016 F150 looks like new- the color match is perfect. We are thrilled with the results. Finally I need to mention that they are a family owned business that mentors apprentices & is wonderful to us senior citizens. They truly care about their customers & go the extra mile. Thank you Bo & Adel & the whole TMS family!!

Super great and friendly. Apart from that, they did an immaculate job on my vehicle. They went above and beyond. They fixed my vehicle, cleaned my vehicle and worked with me in scheduling picking it up. They even offered to call Enterprise rental. This is a straight up local business. I am relieved on how they fixed it. Are they busy? Yes. But it was worth it. Thank you guys!

My insurance recommended TMs and they did not disappoint. Took some time (about 3-4 weeks) for my initial appointment and then about the same amount of time for my drop off date but that was totally fine because my car was still drivable and quality work takes time. Anyway, dropped my car off on a Monday morning and got it back Thursday afternoon. They kept me informed throughout the whole process and even cleaned my car before I picked it up. The customer service is amazing, they don’t keep you guessing. Also, my car looks like new again. I’m very impressed by TMs and will not use another again! 10/10 recommend! Thanks TMs, I haven’t seen customer service like this in many years!!!

Avoid! Our insurance company sent us here when we had an accident and said this was their highest rated shop in the area. We arrived mid-afternoon on Friday and discovered they're closed on Friday afternoons. We had a wrecked car and nowhere to take it. I left a voice-mail and didn't get a call back until Monday. They informed me on April 7 that they were making appointments for estimates into May and then scheduled repairs after that. We had a rental car covered by the insurance company that would not even be covered for that long. Sorry but this is a completely useless shop. Maybe if they worked a full week they would have a workable schedule. I reported this to my insurance company and recommended they take this shop off their approved list. The car is now being evaluated at another shop that took it in right away.

This is where you want to take your car for sure!!! They are sweet, caring and understanding best service I've ever experienced. And the car looked excellent when they got done with no ongoing problems.
