We were helped by Steve, he was such a great help finding information for us after we lost our receipt from almost a year and half ago. We thought the warranty was expired but once we left he called us to let us know he looked closer and found that the item actually has a lifetime warranty. Love that he went above and beyond for customer service, Thank you!

Great experience there today, came in for a socket for my headlight and the guy spent as much time as it took finding the right one. Saved me from making the wrong purchase because he made sure to check if my headlight fit on the first one I was gonna buy. Really appreciated it. Wish I remembered to get his name. 10/10 recommend.

Well, most of the time they have exactly what I need. This time it is off to the HUB, but it's one day. A little hustle from Dante at a different store and I could have saved a bit of time. Still 5 star place.

I’ve usually had a good experience here, for the most part. However, this afternoon I came in and the man who seemed to be in charge was very rude to his coworkers (one of which seemed to be new) and this man accused me of stealing as soon as I walked in the door. I had my receipt and my products in hand. I understand we’re in ABQ, but it seems very unreasonable and rude to make that your first question to a customer. He also seemed intoxicated. He was likely in his mid 50’s with a salt and pepper goatee. Didn’t get his name. I will not be returning to this location though and I hope no one else has this experience, it wasn’t pleasant by any means.

This is probably the best auto parts store I have ever been too. Steven took the time to test my battery, show me new options (since it was bad), and installed it. He was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back if I have any other auto parts needs in ABQ.

The guys at the O'Reilly really know what they're doing they're very attentive thorough and take care of business. I do not use any other auto parts store other than O'Reilly here in Albuquerque they are the best
