The staff at my neighborhood Brake Masters were courteous and friendly. Their estimate of time necessary for the brake installation was accurate. I'm relieved that Brake Masters offers a lifetime warranty on their brakes. It saves the consumer money and maintains a positive customer service experience.

I've been to different Brake Masters in the Albuquerque area and Brake Master's #110 is the one I am dedicated to! It is not the nearest to my home, but is definitely worth going here for pretty much all my car maintenance. Don't be fooled by the name, "Brake Masters" they work on much more than brakes. These guys were professional, explained things throughly, & didn’t mind spending a few minutes answering questions I had before I made my final decision to use their services. They gave me an estimate of how long it would take to complete the work ( 1- 1/2 hrs ) and then had it completed in 45 minutes. I will definitely be coming back and using for other items my car may need in the future.

I came to get my break pads replaced, I went to a previous place that was going to charge me almost 300 dollars to replace. Vince the manager showed me that the breaks look great and that he doesn’t think I need pads left happy and reassured that my car was looking great and up to date. Great positive people .

Let me start by saying This is the BEST MECHANIC left in this world! Honest manager named VINCE BIANCARDI is what makes this place so great. I have my own personal experiences with my Cadillac , but I have also sat in this Brake Masters hearing testimony of other customers experiences. Vince is a really good, honest , mechanic, and I would like to say , “ Thanks Vince”, you make this world a better place. Other Brake Masters, and other mechanics don’t seem to care about the person driving the vehicle one bit, Vince some how remembers we exist, and are only trying to live problem free, and it’s a nice thing to experience when the world has not many people left with empathy.

Appointment time was at 8:30a which I waited until 9:30a.m. and was still waiting on a bay to open. I walked back to work. I finally called around 12:00p.m. and Juan, the manager said they were pulling my car out and I could come pick it up. Juan was very nice with all his customers answering all questions and patient. Yes I would recommend them. I will be taking my Saturn Sky back for struts and shocks.

So far, my experience at Brakemasters was great. I had the front axle pads replaced and rotors turned. Last year another place said it needed all new rotors, with a quote for 600. I didn't believe it necessary, and these guys confirmed it. A simple turn was all that was needed. 👌 I was in and out in under 2 hrs for 249 and change. Even got a 20 off coupon online. I highly recommended them! 👍

Took my 2017 chevy equinox in for front and rear brakes and a transmission flush. Other shops had told me the rotors couldn't be resurfaced but Brakemasters here said there was plenty left on them. What would have cost me 1k+ elsewhere was done for 600 and great service too. I only regret not using them sooner!

The staff at this location to care of all my needs. I went above and beyond to help get the best price that they could possibly give me. They were truly helpful in every way and I will recommend them to anybody I know. I have been coming here for years.The staff has changed but the service has gotten better.

Took in my vehicle due to squealing noises while braking with the expectation after work was done, my brakes would no longer make any noise. Was told I needed work done on the back, had the work done and picked up my vehicle only to still hear noise while braking. Took it back in and was told the noise was coming from the front brakes not the rear. They told me in order to figure out what the noise was, they would have to charge me an additional charge. Questioned why the it wasn’t done initially if the complaint was for noise. They agreed since I was just there and had work done, they would look at it, no charge. An hour later, they called me back and said my vehicle was ready and noise was gone. I was annoyed that the work wasn’t completed correctly initially, and I had to go back, but happy it was fixed without additional charges! The guy at the counter was really nice and professional about it also. He was able to answer all my questions and was patient with me. I was ready to go all full Karen on them!
