Hello Bee-Line Automotive & Reviewer's. It was a blessing 🙏🏻 to find this business. Ryan, was a book of knowledge & very honest to tell me what was going on with my 2012 jeep unlimited. Now listen to this! Recently before this I had my jeep @ another shop. They told me i needed a heater distributor box. This project was going to take 12 hrs, which involed removing the dash. The total price was going to be 1500 with parts @ 385. Definitely had me very uneasy! So i got my Jeep out few days later & took it to Bee Line Automotive and talked to Ryan and told him my jeep problems. He said leave the vehicle & I'll call u tomorrow. Next day! Ryan called & said it was a simple blend door & didn't need the distributor heater box. Ryan saved my jeep dash from getting dismantled by some shop not knowing what they were talking about.👍👍 Thanks Ryan! Definitely appreciate. Rick Hendren 🇺🇸 I Found my new local mechanic 🔩🔧🚗 shop.

No question this is the best independent auto repairshop in Albuquerque. Honest, Reasonable and Customer Service is top notch. Wouldn't dare take my ride anywhere else.

I was severely overcharged for my issue, and rather than leave a bad review i tried contacting the owners at the beeline comcast email provided on the invoice. They never even replied. The lady at the desk lied and said they could look my truck that day, it took 5 days (4/16-4/21/2025; weds-monday) this left me without transportation unnecessarily, they could have been honest instead of just saying yes. The issue? my dipstick was not fully inserted. They replaced the transmission fluid and charged $170. and thats on top of my costs to uber/lyft to work for those 5 days they had my truck. These guys are not good and unfortunately they do not have a decent moral compass to charge $170 for such a simple fix, i wouldve been ok with $75 as its a silly issue but no “repair” was performed. Beeline is a garage that will lie to you and then over charge you. Take your vehicle to Zia Automotive, thats where i usually take my truck but these guys lied and said they could take a look when they made me wait 5 days. Bad owners, bad garage. I waited a 2 weeks since emailing the business at beelineauto@comcast.net to post this review, i dont like leaving bad review and was hoping to resolve but the lack of communication has forced my hand.
