NTB-National Tire & Battery

I had a wonderful experience at NTB! My car only had 10,000 miles and I had a flat. They were able to find a nail able to patch the tires quickly, saving me hundreds in replacement costs. Every was was very friendly and professional, including welcoming my dog, who I had in the car with me. I will definitely be coming back here for my tire needs!

I am visiting here from Cincinnati, OH and happened to get a nail stuck in my tire. I was able to schedule an appointment within the hour. When I arrived, the staff was swift and helpful. I was able to get in and out within 30 min.

Great experience with Mason and Bill. Coming to buy an older vehicle from out of town and needed new tires for a long drive home. Bill helped pick out a good deal on tires over the phone and Mason made sure I was well taken care of once I arrived (late in the day on a Saturday). Will absolutely come back to this location.

Woke up to a flat tire on my way to work. Luckily NTB was open on a Sunday. They got me in and out in 30 minutes and fixed my flat tire. Ron at the front desk was nice and very professional. Definitely recommend these guys for anything related to tires.

Mason and Micah were absolutely amazing….got some work done to my new Bronco and they couldn’t have been more professional and courteous. Great folks down there. Great at what they do! Highly recommend this store! Cheers guys 💯🤙🏼

Mason the store manager and his crew are awesome! I just had new snow tires put on a vehicle and had one of the valve stems leaking. There is a reason I didn’t go back to the tire place that installed the tires. National Tire & Battery had great reviews and I figured I could give them a try. We set up a quick appointment same day for a new tire valve stem replacement and got in right away at our scheduled appointment time. They fixed our tire very fast and the price was extremely reasonable. I’ll definitely be back for tires and service in the future. They offer free tire checks too. There are still businesses in this world that lead with customer service! Do yourself a favor and work with these guys. Thank you!

My experience with Mason was top notch… they got my tires done in a timely manner and at a lower price than others in town…. Icing on the cake was I left 20 dollars on my floorboard and he returned it to me while they were working on my car. The honesty and quality work will have me coming back! Thanks Mason and NTB team!

I am so happy with the service I received at the NTB location in Asheville, NC. I got new tires , brakes, and an alignment. The entire crew was very professional and pleasant over the phone and in person. They are accountable and we’re determined to ensure my safety on the road. Mason took the time to walk me around my car and explain the reasons why the different car parts needed replacing and offered me the best price possible. Ron was very respectful when I called to schedule a same day service and made me feel at ease while I waited. These gentlemen were very patient with me and really changed my point of view about auto services. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Went in for my oil change and came out with 4 brand new tires and a fresh alignment. ! While I questioned the new tire recommendation, rather than give me a hard pitch, Mason demonstrated for me the signs of worn tires vs. new tires with an explanation as to why mine might be getting worn more rapidly than others. I appreciated the time he took as well as his approach to customer service and customer safety. Additionally, while waiting in the waiting room, I easily overheard his conversations with other customers and it's clear that optimum service and attention to detail are paramount in his approach to running a business. I made my appointment online at 7am and was in that morning at 1145. I had to have a complete front end brake job, and was completely taken care of by 3. Everyone was transparent about the process and what needed to be done, including a few things that would have caused me problems in just a short amount of time. I highly recommend the team!
