Was my salesman, highly recommend!! He was so easy to work with, not pushy at all (and as a young female this is something I so appreciate), and so helpful in the process. Even my experience in finance was a good one. Super happy with my new 2024 Subaru Ascent thanks to prestige!

I have had my car serviced at this dealership since I purchased it in 2022. Their service staff have always been professional, honest and friendly. I've owned many cars over the years, all of them I bought new. After the first visit to the dealership for their first check up, I never went back to them for service. They would give me a long list of services that needed to be done. 98% of the work was not necessary on a brand new car. Fred Anderson's Subaru is different. They are honest and I feel comfortable having my car serviced there.

I have had the same mechanic for more than a decade. He recently retired. I don't know enough about my car to know how to find a new mechanic. Felt like I was not being an adult about my car. Vowed this year I was going to learn what my 馃殭 needs to be safe on the roads. These folks are great. Instill confidence from the call to get the appointment, to check-in, estimate , options, etc. I liked the video the service technician sent as he checked out the car. I thought the price was fair. And they were able to complete the work while I waited. All in all..this 76 year old dame was very pleased!

Great service and attention to detail. Prompt and efficient when servicing the Legacy. The video presentation or the inspection gives me the confidence that my car is safe for travel. Justin was most helpful, courteous, and professional. The person accepting my car at the entrance to service was the same. The Subaru staff make it happen, and I can鈥檛 imagine a better place to buy, sell or service a vehicle. This is my fifth Subaru from this dealership. My sales person, Sean Fitzpatrick has been very good to me over the years.

I didn鈥檛 purchase my car at Prestige, but I had my first service done here, and it was an amazing experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and despite coming in at the end of the day, they had us in and out in just 45 minutes. I鈥檓 sure the technicians were ready to head home, but they were still so kind and professional. I also loved that they provided video updates, showing what they checked and serviced. I鈥檒l definitely be returning to Prestige for all my future maintenance needs!

Service was excellent with clear video on work by technician, Justin. Joseph, the man up front, was helpful and friendly. He also clearly explained cost and paperwork. Meanwhile, the waiting area is clean and well set up with comfortable seating and eating areas. I must also add that the work was done in a timely manner, especially for an unscheduled appt! What an AMAZING TEAM! I felt like I was treated like Royality during my wait time. Francisco was professional, polite and kept me informed during my recall fix. Early morning appointment. They took me right away. Everybody was friendly and informative. 12,000 mile service. They were finished inside of 30 minutes. Only complaint was they did not put the valve stem caps on 2 tires.
