Brakes 4 Less

I just wouldn't recommend them in all honesty. My car has been messed up ever since they worked on it. Now I'm spending money elsewhere to deal with it all. I'm so upset about it because car things already cost so much as it is. It was an ordeal from start to finish and the whole time I had to keep coming back I noticed other customers complaining about similar issues of having work been previously done by them but their vehicles are still messed up. Just go somewhere else and spare yourself the stress.

Two years ago I went in to get my rear brakes replaced. I went for the "mid-range brake pads" they advertised. The lady at the front desk at the time commented that, "they would squeak, but there's nothing you can do about that." I thought maybe she meant during the breaking in process they would squeak. Nope, two years later, my rear brakes still squeak almost every single time I slow down to stop. Very embarrassing and I am getting them replaced soon. Two stars because the brakes do stop my car, so at least they accomplish that.

Went here for an estimate and the manager went over and beyond on offering all the info with what was needed to fix the car. She was very friendly and was directly involved in checking out the car. I really appreciate the honesty esp given all that we have been thru with the recent hurricane . HIGHLY recommend- I also had a brake job here a few years ago on my BMW and all went very well then too! Thanks !

I went here recently because my car sounded like it was eating itself and I couldn't figure out why. The appointment set up took less than a minute, I was seen and given an assessment the following day and the wonderful front desk worker (Anne) was an absolute superstar! She made me feel welcome, addressed info straight forward with simple terms, and even helped me figure out what was best to do for my car for not a million dollars. The day I came back to get the work done the staff all greeted me after getting out of my car and gave me confidence that they would treat my vehicle right, and they sure did! I would highly recommend checking out this specific location as for a place that fixes brakes, they hit the gas on customer service.

I had to replace my brakes last minute and this place did an amazing job. The price are very reasonable. I walked in and out in about 45 min.

Do not come here! Paid $763 dollars for my sensors to come back on 2 weeks later. When I returned the store manager yelled at me and as a woman, I no longer felt safe coming back in. They refused any refund at all not even for back brakes sensors that lights are still on for. They do not respect their customers and do subpar work, bad business all around.

As the owner of Wandering Brushes Chimney sweeps and stoves i LOVE writing good reviews and this one in particular. My employee and his wife were at mission hospital having a baby who had to go to the NIC U immediately and thats when their breaks blew a break line. I searched for repair shops close by and found Dave at Breaks4less to be quick to get me a quote using only the description i gave him over the phone (i was a mechanic at one time which helped). He said the truck would not likely be ready until Monday. We dropped the truck on Thursday (yesterday) and they just called me to say its ready now. He stuck to the quoted price and im soooo thankful they put serious steam on it to have it ready in 24 hours. Yes i read the “other reviews” and as a service person I know how hard it is to get all 5 star, some folks wont ever be happy but i sure am, we will be back anytime we need break work on our fleet of vehicles !!!!!!

Thank you, David! I went here a few months ago and had my front rotors and pads replaced, 6 months down the line and one of my brakes begins squealing badly. I called them and was quickly scheduled an appointment to assess the problem. David was kind, understanding and very considerate as we talked through the issue. He had us fixed up and out the door within two hours, all of this covered under their warranty!! Thank you for taking care of me and my car, I’ll gladly recommend this place in the future.

I kept hearing a sound when I was driving that sounded like my brakes so I came here. The front desk person noticed that I had an undercarriage piece that was hanging from my car as I pulled up. He was honest with me about the fact that I probably didn’t have a break problem just needed to get that removed and so he was able to remove it. I’m so thankful to have come across someone who is honest and wasn’t just trying to sell. Thank you guys it Breaks 4 Less!

If you are thinking about saving money coming here, DON'T DO IT! They will lure you in on an appointment and offer you a "quality" package which is the cheapest option with only a 12,000 mile warranty. Then if you choose the "premium" package which they say they use the same pads as dealerships. The whole experience feels very scammy: I brought my car to change my front pads that were squeaking, and I ordered the "premium" package. They said they replaced the pads and resurfaced the rotors, and if I could still hear a squeak for a couple hundred miles. But guess what? 5000 miles later and my front brakes are still squeaky. I brought it in because in theory they were still under the 40,000 miles "warranty" and they tried to push me another $810 in service to replace my rotors and pads and give me the front pads, that I previously paid $260, for "free". The customer service in this store is terrible, they will try to scam you and take advantage of you. Don't come to this place, they use cheap parts and they will do bad service so you can keep coming back in order to extort you. My advice, pay a little bit more and go across the street at NTB or another local shop.
