Firestone Complete Auto Care

I love Firestone Complete Auto care. The Tunnel Road Asheville NC location has always been my favorite. Guess working there for about 2 years helped, but the staff there is the best. They have some of the best customer service people and not pushy sells people, they will give you a list of things your car needs and what each thing costs and will leave it up to you to decide to get it done or not. They will tell you the things that are needed sooner than later but still you don't feel pressured to get it done by them. If it is a safety issue they will even show you what the issue is and inform you about the risks and what your options are. But you still feel like you can make the decision to get it done or not without worrying about some pushy sells person trying to make you do it. Damien is one of the best customer service people that I have had the pleasure of meeting. He has made sure I was happy with the service and price every time I have had my 07 Cadillac DTS in the shop and has always had it finished before it was near the promised time. If I could give this store 6 stars I would but since I can't, I will just say if you need anything from tires, oil change, to ac/heating, suspension, alignment.... whatever your car needs Firestone Complete Auto Care at 85 Tunnel Road Asheville NC is where you want to bring it!!

Walked in for a car inspection knowing I needed new tires. Passed the inspection and purchased tires. Folks were friendly and knowledgeable. I feel confident in the care given to my car.

Worse customer service ever. I don’t expect an outstanding service at the tire shop but courtesy and professionalism should be the least. I waited 9 hrs to get 4 tires changed. I went in at 10:15am and left at 7:27pm. I didn’t even get a “sorry for the wait”. I wish they treat all customers the same. Take this sign below down or retrain your staff specifically management IF YOU PROMISE TO CARE ( if you mean it) Remind them to take care of their customers we are the flesh blood of the business. Without us there’s no job. Very disappointed I felt like wasted time and money. I’ll go to NTB or Discount Tire next time

These folks are the nicest people and treat you like the human being you are. It’s always a pleasure to go there. I’ve never felt like I was being upsold either. They tell you what you might want to do and why. No pressure whatsoever. So as a result, I’ll be going back.

You’re always skeptical when you get offered additional warranty services when buying new tires. We added a roadside hazard coverage to our last set of new tires and now we definitely don’t regret it. We just replaced a damaged tire and with the service and the age of the tire we only had to pay the cost of the install- our tire was fully covered! And they were able to get us taken care of so that my husband can stil take his trip tomorrow. So grateful!

I had my spark plugs and coils change about 8 months ago and I started having issues with them. I called and Damon got me in fast and easy! Once fixed, I had issues again and had to bring it back in. Once again Damon got me in fast and easy. Damon’s patience and kindness did not go unnoticed. He kept me in the loop with everything and was so helpful! He truly made me feel like I was in good hands. Thank you to him and the team for their amazing work!

This shop and Damon have continuously been there for any needs my car has ever had. Always professional, informative and honest. Today Damon and Pablo took great care of me and my Corolla. I trust them and I appreciate them so much. Great job gentleman, as usual!

I came in today not having a clue why my car wouldn't start today, after getting it jumped I pulled in to the first mechanic shop I found and asked some questions. Patrick was able to get me in really quickly even though they were busy, and explained exactly why my car wouldn't start. They replaced my starter and put a brand new battery in my 06 outback and even though I did not have that planned today at ALL, the staff made it a better experience! Very helpful professional folks there. I'll definitely be back in the future

Great sales service that works with you, very friendly. They've done great work each and every time I've ever brought one of my vehicles to them, and recommended this location on Tunnel Road to anyone looking for reasonably priced mechanical care by a great set of mechanics who do amazing work. I just bought a used car that's needed to have a bunch of repairs already, they were so good to us!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff - they worked my truck in to have brakes inspected. Shop Mgr. Fully explained what they saw & didn't try to sell me parts that weren't currently needed. Never had bad experience w/Firestone, & they work quickly & efficiently. Hard to find an honest shop - GoFIRESTONE!!!!
