A few weeks ago I came in with a bad battery and the women who helped me figure Out my warranty information was so amazing and helpful she got me all taken care of so fast and if I ever needed help again I would come back just because of her great service!! Went into this store with a car battery with a dead cell. The dating information was on the battery. She confirmed that it was bad and was eligible for full replacement. Then proceeded to tell me unless I had original receipt she would not honor the warranty. Called another Napa store and they said they don't need a receipt as long as dating info was on the battery. No problem I went and the other Napa and they gave me a new battery. Sad they have people working the counter that have no clue on policy
