Great place and Great price on their tires. A very special Thank You to Nate. While waiting for my tires to be installed. I had the time to observe employees. Nate was never idle. He always found something to do, and his very polite way of greeting customers was off the charts. Management better keep this employee.

Had a great experience with this location and team. Fast and professional service. My daughter got a flat and did not have a spare. I took the tire and rim in to get fixed. As soon as I arrived I was greeted with prompt assistance. They got the tire replaced/fixed with no delay. Great job guys. Keep up the great work!

Excellent experience today at this location. I bought this vehicle 3 weeks ago, visiting family in ABQ and I ran over a razor blade. I was prepared to buy a new tire. I can tell the gentleman that helped really took the time to try to fix it rather than call it a loss. He patched it, All free. He also gave good advice on the tires and complimented the new F-Pace. (Every car guy appreciates a car compliment). Grateful for the quality service provided

Yesterday I had tires and sensors replaced on my car. Although there was a hiccup with the tires, the issue was quickly resolved. I have been using Discount Tires at this location for years. I would never go anywhere else. The ENTIRE staff are knowledgeable and professional. Thanks for your excellent service.

I hit a curb real hard. Geico set a service guy to my location. He couldn't get the tire off as the lug nuts were rounded not hexagonal. Ended up getting a tow to Discount Tire on Juan Tabo. The shop was due to close in 15 minutes but the service man took me in and completed replacing all 4 tires and the bad lug nuts. They didn't have to but thanks to them I have a much safer car.

Went in to have my Mustang Cobra Mags looked at unfortunately Discount wasn't able to help me, but the Manager, and Chance took the time to offer suggestions for me. Much appreciated, the service industry is amazing when people like this take the time to truly help the customer! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Integrity and support are a rare thing, I will definitely be back to this Discount Tie location!!! 👍

This has been my go to store for the past 15 + years. All of the staff are always great, courteous and professional. The store is always clean and bright. Highly recommend this discount tires location.

I cannot thank Frank and Gabriel at this location enough. They both went above and beyond, with Frank even driving to another location to get the rims I needed for the tires I had purchased. Then, when I was on my way to them (they were staying open just to help me out and get my new tires on) the spare I had just had installed by roadside assistance, on my camper, blew up. Which had just happened to me 3 hours earlier. I called to let them know I wasn't going to make it and Frank, the manager DROVE TO ME with my tires, jacked my trailer up and replaced both tires for me so I wasn't stranded (for the second time that day). I cannot thank him enough, as he did not have to go above and beyond like he did. It was so, so appreciated. If you want top tier customer service, go to this location. Cannot recommend enough.
