I've been an intermittent customer with the Juan Tabo Location for 7 plus years. Each time I go in for service, the staff are polite, welcoming, answer questions, and get the work done. I've called around to other Firestone locations only to be placed onto eternal hold without any follow up or have been told they dont know who has a technician. I definitely will return to the Juan Tabo location for my service needs. Perhaps the other locations should mirror the service that this location provides.

First time customer to this location. Very nice indeed. Courteous, friendly and professional. The prices for the tires....well, they are what they are. A person could spend a lifetime trying to find the best cost effective way to care for their car. But if you are looking for a no frills ,no pressure place??? These folks are the go to. I will be returning. Thank you folks at This Firestone.

Ive been a Firestone customer for 5 years now. They have an AWD alignment machine and lifts big enough for my truck. Overall Ive had excellent service at this shop and will be a return customer for the foreseeable future.

I do not recommend this location. I had issues that where not fixed and I had to go to another location to get the issues resolved. I had called corporate and explained the situation but I have yet to get a call back. The location on Carlisle and Menaul fixed the issues. Also took it to another shop to find out things weren't tight after an alignment Thanks

Have you every had the worst day,and then it turned Into the BEST day. Thanks to Anthony and David they made it the Best Day for my wife and I. We were having the worst luck with getting this blown out tire from the rental car company replaced by other shops,a that the rental car company had sent us to. I pulled into this Firestone, Anthony checked his stock and was able to get the size of tire I needed in a timely fashion, the bays were full of cars all the employees were very busy, Anthony ensured me the he could get this job done today. David was the technician who worked on my rental car, David replaced the tire that looked like it just explored, he also inspected the other tires and ensured there was no hidden damage. Anthony and David ensured me that everything was inspected and I was ready to move on to our next destination working our way back to California. The work ethics that Anthony and David demonstrated were a million to one, I saw other workes who displayed the same standards as Anthony and David. If you live near this Firestone Dealer please give them your business. They have a great team of polite, professional hard workers. 👏 Thank you again, Anthony and David!!

If I could rate negative, I would. This place is a joke. I took my truck to them back in November for some front end work and paid about $2000.00. They replaced a tie rod and did some other minor stuff along with an alignment. I got it back and all seemed to be good. After a week my steering stabilizer was hanging off the front of my truck. I took it back to them on Saturday and woman at the front desk was super nice and apologized. She told me they would get it fixed and I would have my truck back on Tuesday. I waited until Tuesday afternoon around 2PM to check the status of the vehicle so I could make arrangements to pick it up. I talked to the store manager and he was extremely rude and told me "it would be done when it gets done" and they haven't even started on it. He then told me it would be several days before they had time to even look at it. I told him there was no need to be rude and he just kept going. I got mad and told him it was his teams fault that it was there in the first place and he needed to make it right. He denied this claim and said it wasn't their fault. I called another Firestone location in town to get the district manager contact information. The receptionist told me they don't give his information and they would have him call me. I then get a call two hours later where he stated "come get it, it's done". I show up to pick it up and walk in and the manager is behind the desk. He throws me my keys and turns around. I let the manager know that I was contacting the district manager about my experience, and was told "He won't be contacting you, I already talked to him and he thinks the same thing I do". What kind of management won't have a conversation with the customer when there is a problem? So I decided to let the customer know that was waiting that "I wouldn't leave my vehicle with them" and then I left. The store manager follows me out yelling at me and threatening to call the police on me. No clue why. So I get in my truck and start to drive away when the manager starts yelling at me more and mocking me. I stop the truck and get out to have a conversation. He changed his attitude real quick when I got out. So I drive the truck home and notice that I can't turn left very well. I get under the truck to look and found they installed the parts wrong and the bolt is hitting another part and I can't turn left. This could have caused an accident and hurt or killed somebody. Now I am another $2500.00 into getting the same work redone and fixing the damage they caused. This place is dangerous and has the worst management I have ever seen. The store manager is a joke and talks a lot of crap for somebody who backs down immediately when confronted. I'm a business owner in the area and will tell everyone I interact with about my experience. Don't bother wasting your money on this place, there are way better places to get your vehicle worked on that will be cheaper, treat you right, and do the work correctly. It would be nice to actually be contacted by the district managers boss before lawyers get involved. Update: the district manager reached out and is working on solving part of the problem. They have refunded my labor cost. The store manager is still there but I was assured that there will be accountability. I can at least appreciate the district manager attempting to make it as right as he can.

I always bring my vehicle to this location because they are fast, fair, and kind, but my most recent experience went above and beyond expectations. I needed several thousands of dollars of work done and when the credit card company that works with Firestone had an administrative error that prevented me from using my new Firestone credit card, the manager at this location found as many discounts as he could to make up for the inconvenience. You can trust these people to do their best work and look after you at the same time.

I brought my car in to get it ready to sell and needless to say the whole staff was amazing. The manager, technician and front desk person all treated me with respect. They took care of me and we are appreciate their kindness. We are older and it is nice to know that there is a shop that looks after older people and does not take advantage of them.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is an absolute joke and a scam operation. I went in for a simple tire patch, and not only did they remove my tire without any explanation, but they also damaged it behind my back and then had the audacity to push me to buy a new one. To make it even more pathetic, they didn’t even have my tire size in stock — complete incompetence. When I refused to get ripped off, they flat-out refused to fix my tire and didn’t even bother putting it back on my car. I had to go somewhere else (Llantera El Yaqui) where they patched it perfectly for less than half the price these clowns wanted. These people love to act like they’re “honest” and “only do what’s necessary,” but this is the second time they’ve tried to blatantly scam me. On top of that, the staff are beyond rude — arrogant, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. Save yourself the headache and take your business literally anywhere else.

I would give it zero stars, but you have to give them something to write a review. I had a confirmed appointment for an oil change. When asked if I would stick around for the service, I was told that my appointment was meaningless and that I would have to wait two hours. What is the point of an appointment if I have to wait two hours for it? Walk-ins were being offered the exact timeline I was being offered, even though I had scheduled the service ahead of time. Needless to say, I had things to do, this is why I scheduled the service, so I left. I will NEVER go back to them. Their shop is run down and dirty, and I can see why. They must treat all of their customers that way. Do not go to them; it's not worth your time. I stopped at AutoZone to get my own oil, as I could change it faster than I had to wait for my appointment.
