I recently brought my vehicle to Midas for a simple repair: cutting and reattaching the exhaust. The sales representative, Lorenzo, initially quoted me a reasonable price for the service. However, after dropping off the vehicle, I was contacted with a significantly higher estimate for additional, unnecessary repairs. Upon seeking a second opinion at the Ford parts center, I found the cost of parts to be substantially lower than what Midas had quoted. I'm disappointed with the inflated estimate and believe customers should be provided with accurate and transparent pricing. Ultimately, I found a repair shop the same day I picked up my vehicle and had the issue fixed within two hours for $300. My vehicle has been running without problems since. I have attached photos of the original estimate for reference.

They lie and cheat you out of your money. Had my property stolen from my vehicle while on their lot and these jerks told corporate that they had asked me to pick up my vehicle prior to the theft, so it was my fault!! These idiots don't even have the decency to LOCK THE DOORS of their customers vehicles..

Unfortunately this review will not be good. My husband had made an appointment at 10:00am and was told it would not take very long. Because of another vehicle that they were waiting on parts on in their bay, they did not have our car ready until 5:30pm. We live about 25 minutes away and he was stuck in town all day. If they had delivered on their promise and the vehicle was ready within a couple of hours, which we planned for, the review would have been 5 stars.

After going somewhere else for an oil change, i found out i had a leak, the place told me they cant fix, i asked who can, the said midas up the street..I took my 2007 Jeep Commander in the Juan Tabo shop in ABQ., and was greeted by Lance. I showed him the invoice from the lube place, and he pointed out they could have done it cheaper, and they will run a diagnostic test to cover everything because of my worry. That was a start of my trust for a new shop. So many many things had to be done, I was very nervous, but Lance made me feel at ease. Also took me home because they still had to keep him. See I had traded a ford truck for my commander because my old one was totalled, and had no idea just how bad he was..After 2 long days without my commander, I get a call from Lance telling me he's on his way to pick me up and I waited outside and what drives up my street? Lance in his truck and my Commander following. Lance wanted to have it delivered because the stress of it taking so long and all that. If I can tell EVERYONE, please visit this shop, you won't be sorry. I'm so touched. Thank you Thank you.

I have been taking my wife's car and my truck here for a while. We had a few things done in December and paid about $2,000. One of the things they did was put a new CV boot on my wife's car. The next day, the entire front wheel assy came apart and the wheel fell off. I had to pay $200 to get the car towed back, and they fixed it, again, for free. If this was all, I'd just have not left a review. Accidents happen, but that was a big one. Then my truck broke down and I took it in. I figured I'd give them another try. They worked on it and charged me a few thousand dollars. The same day, it started running rough again, so I took it back. I saw the mechanic doing something under the hood, right up by the driver's area. Then he came and said something had come loose, so I should be "ok now". It ran rough again, I took it back and they told me it was 'probably my injectors going bad' and quoted me another couple thousand bucks. I decided to wait. It has been running rough, off and on ever since then. I finally borrowed a handheld diagnostic tool and discovered the problem is one of the ignition coils, specifically, the one up by the driver's area. I went and looked there and found the connector to mine was broken and has zip-ties holding it together. I pushed it in tight, and the engine smoothed out. I am going to try to find someone to repair that connector today, but it won't be Midas. I am really stunned that this happened.

I had a great experience at Midas today! I had a scheduled oil change at 415 but arrived a little early at 4 pm and they were able to start my appointment earlier. The oil change coupon that I found on the website was honored and then the service was quickly done in about 30 minutes. After that Dwayne gave me a transparent rundown of recommended services including the information of the current wear and tear that he saw on some of my belts. I appreciated the transparency and respect that they showed me as a customer today. I will definitely be returning as a customer for future services!

Fantastic service! Had to stop in during a cross country trip because the Honda Dealership didn’t properly secure my splash guard after an oil change so it came loose and started dragging on the highway. Got me back on the road in about 30 minutes. Got to do a lil people watching while I waited and wow they are so kind and helpful to every single one of their customers. They really take the time to explain every detail in their service and make sure you are perfectly satisfied with everything they do for you!
