Brake Masters #108

I came in for an oil change and explained what I wanted. Then they brought out pieces of my car and told me that they needed replacing which they do in order to up-sale you… I asked for the FRONT wipers to be replaced because I knew they were tattered. Then one of the guys working brings a photo to me and asks how long my FRONT wiper had been missing… It wasn’t missing when I came in… so what was meant to be a $80 visit turned into a $200 visit… My husband comes to this location and they never try to up-sale him or try to trick him into spending more money… I truly feel they treated me differently because I am a woman… Don’t go here unless you have a man with you or they’ll treat you like you know nothing and they’ll take advantage of you.

The Staff were very professional and friendly. They were very busy the day of my appointment and kindly did their best to help walk-in customers without appointments to manage expectations about performance time or get them scheduled for another day.

Went in for an oil change. They had me out within an hour and 30 minutes. Did a inspection, Let me know what maintenance was required and gave me a good idea of the cost. Do not try to push me into buy anything that was unnecessary

I was honestly amazed and impressed with the efficiency of the mechanics and intake process of everybody at Brake Masters. They got my vehicle in on time and went over every inch of it. And when they were done, I received a full explanation of the cost for parts and services in a very friendly manner. I definitely recommend them for all your auto service needs.

I took my car to brake masters they did a courtest inspection on it and told me it would cost 1,282.09 to get it fixed. I call up my mechanic. He looked over my car again and said brake master lie to you. We change 3 parts in my vehicle and it is up and running again. My mechanic and I only pay for all the parts $ 200 and the rest is baby stuff. You guys just lost a customer. Scamming females thinking we dont know best
