While in need of a mere oil change and filter, I pulled into Big O at 1141 Juan Tabo met with Mr. Gilbert Rodriguez (MGR). The best ever experience and customer service, i highly recommend this stop for required vehicle maintenance. An extremely professional atmosphere with old school service. No need to go elsewhere I promise you. No wait and courtesy coffee is available. I truly appreciate the crew here on Juan Tabo Big O. Every time I go here they take great care of me! Gilbert the Manager was so helpful and welcoming the whole time! Today they found A leak and loose bolts when working on my tires. I really do appreciate the honest people working here all great vibes.

We had a flat tire on a Sunday afternoon in the East Mountains. After getting the tire changed, we rushed into Albuquerque to find someone to fix the tire before closing. We went to two stores that said it was too close to closing time (20 mins) to look at it. We arrived at Big O at 4:55. Marvin and Levi took care of it. They said it didn’t matter that the store was closing in five minutes, they would not leave us stranded driving back to the East Mountains with the tiny donut tire. We appreciated their professionalism and kindness, especially after being turned away from other places. And they didn’t even charge us. We will definitely be back for other services and hope you do too.

I came in today, and Alec Scogin was the guy who helped me. Super knowledgeable staff that works here everyone is nice and knows what they are doing. I’m definitely going to continue to get my automotive work done here. Once again thank you Alec and entire staff for helping me stay on the road another day!!!!

My tires were in bad shape and I was in a pinch because my wife and I were visiting from out of town. The staff at this location went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get what we need and back on the road safely. They changed out all 4 tires, did an alignment, and had us back on the road within 25 minutes. I highly recommend this location!

Gilbert Rodriguez is the manager, and he was the absolute best, super welcoming and nice. He had my car fixed up super quick and hooked me up with a free fuel additive. Absolutely would recommend!
