The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciated the convenience of staying in my car while they handled the oil change. I drive from Los Lunas to come to this Valvoline but today they were extremely lazy and didn’t do half of what they normally do. I had to ask them to check my lights. The attitude of the guy that was working the computer for my car and the next car just didn’t seem to care. Usually I get really good service and they are on top of it.

in and out quickly, the staff was professional, didn't pressure me to buy extra services, but did mention maybe I need a new engine air filter, I said "no" and they put it back - it was all good

I have an older car with very low mileage. They are honest as the day is long. I have gone there twice in the last year only to be told the oil is fine. They checked and topped off some other fluids and sent me on my way.

Great service! I’ve been coming here for years, and I prefer it to Jiffy Lube, who tries to upsell you or the very expensive and slow dealerships.

I've been coming here for awhile and have always had professional and speedy service. I felt like this was a trusted location. Until today. While I was getting my oil changed I overheard a couple of the guys say that whoever did my oil last overfilled it by roughly 2 quarts. For anyone who doesn't know, overfilling can cause frothing which prevents the vehicle from being able to properly lubricate itself leading to engine damage at best, and total engine failure beyond repair at worst. When the (very nice) guy came up to the window I confronted him about it. Again, they were very professional and he obviously felt badly and did acknowledge the massive mistake. He informed me that the guy who did it was no longer working there and when they performed my oil change today, he made sure to show me the dipstick and the line showing that the oil was done properly. I'm glad they didn't try to blow it off and I'm grateful that I wasn't treated like a "silly woman" which as other women know, can be a huge problem. I am however, pretty concerned. If something wouldve happened to my car, this may not have been noticed and the fault wouldve been on myself. Likely resulting in a ginormous repair bill or being left without a vehicle at all. Being a single mother , I can not afford to have that happen. I doubt I'll go back and I caution everyone else to watch what's going on. Always know how many quarts your vehicle takes and don't be afraid to ask them to show you the oil level before you leave. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because of the customer service. But having good customer service doesn't mean a whole lot when you make such costly mistakes. Somehow, I got lucky and there wasn't any damage, others might not be so fortunate.

I’ve been a frequent customer for years and they are always professional, knowledgeable, kind, and reasonably priced.. I’m a single woman and they have put air in my tires when I’ve needed it also topped off my oil when I couldn’t yet afford to get my oil change. Been around through the years with cars and maintenance and I will highly recommend this business, Staff and location..

Worst experience with Valvoline. Worker tried to tell me my skid plate was after market....it's not! I said I would go elsewhere, but I always went to the one one Tramway with no problems! They take off my skid plate. They DROP it!!! It made a loud gong noise. One of the guys proceeded to yell "skid plate damaged on arrival!". No, YOU dropped it!!! They also could not open my hood and tried to tell me my latch was broken....it was not! Then he couldn't reset my odometer!! Then when I left he wrote down on my invoice that my skid plate was missing a bushing. But proceeds to tell me he found it??!!! So. You were going to try and blame that on me too!?? Do not go to this one!!!!
