Jiffy Lube

I would give this zero stars if it was possible I took my car in this morning for an oil change. I asked them not to change the filters because the last time they did that they didn’t put my glove box back in correctly, and I really didn’t wanna pay the extra money for filters so they walked me in. They let the door slammed behind me. The next customer that came in they held the door for her and didn’t let it slam behind her. I didn’t want to sit in the lobby and eat popcorn and watch TV. I am more interested in auto mechanics and wanted to watch what they were doing. They made fun of me for watching. I could read their lip. She said she’s staring at us and then he went around to the car and stuck his butt in my face so that I couldn’t see what he was doing, and then they were laughing and joking, and when I confronted them about it, they denied it. They claimed to have washed my windshield and put window washing fluid and did all the services but all they did was put oil in my car. I was charged for the full service package, but wasn’t given the service that I paid for when I left. I was almost in tears. I would not take my car back to this place again. I was treated so rudely. My daughter tried to call the manager and she was treated rudely until he found out that she was recording the conversation and then he changed his tune. Do not take your car to the Jiffy Lube on Juan Tabo and Indian School. I prayed for synthetic oil and I wouldn’t be surprised if they didn’t put that kind of oil in my car and only use the cheapest kind. They were so rude. Below our photos of my washed windows

This is the absolute worst jiffy lube I have ever been too. The employees were completely unprofessional. All 4 of the employees were more interested in there phones and playing around then serving there customers. The employees were sarcastic, and were very blatantly being rude to the customers for checking the time and wanting updates on there vehicles. It took over 2 hours for a basic oil change and another customer told me he had been there for 3 hours for the same service. Jiffy lube has lost my business forever!!!!!

We were greeted and taken care of by Jacob M - what an enthusiastic and genuinely nice guy! Jacob immediately made friends with our dog and gave him a little treat with our permission. He went above and beyond with his positive attitude and excellent service. This was by far the best experience we’ve ever had at Jiffy Lube!

Excellent same day service for oil change with no appointment needed. On a busy Saturday afternoon too! Also Excellent coupons online. Very happy with the service.

The employees were very nice. But some plastic covers were not reattached after removal. They told me that it was not possible to check the transmission fluid (ridiculous, the stick was clearly visible). They ran my car onto the car lift at excessive speed and slammed the underside of my car against them.

Take a second a read please this review. On August 30, 2024 I lost my mother. I was her caregiver for 14 months. After her loss I sought healing on the beautiful Sandia mountain. During this journey I was shown how the universe can show you that love and kindness is really what life is about. Fast forward- I was finally ready to leave the mountains and head to Mount Shasta. As soon as I got on the highway I heard a sound and then a grind, my breaks had failed. I’m a retired veteran and disabled with PTSD. I instantly began shaking and realized this was the first emergency I’ve experienced without my mom. I coasted into the Jiffy Lube in Albuquerque at 1600 Juan Tabo and was instantly greeted by Mr MCkay the manager. Mr M saw my state and immediately said “it’s ok, you made it- we will get you taken care of!” I instantly felt like I was going to be ok. Long story even longer. Mr McKay didn’t only represent your company (jiffy lube) he reminded me that there are so many kind, loving people we never recognize. I also want to mention for all you dog lovers- I was stranded with my 3 dogs and the employees at Jiffy Lube said, “oh we’re dog friendly as long as we can pet them l.” You have some amazing humans in ABQ NM that make some of us feel blessed to have coasted into their entrance. Excellent service! Everyone was very friendly and very well informed. They didn’t just tell me, but explained things to me so I could understand it. Everyone was super efficient and made my service easier. I definitely will be coming back

I was driving home from a different location and decided to stop into this store. Ashley came out and was very interested in what needed to be done to my car. I appreciated that and it was taken in and the work was done within a half hour. They were a very responsive and professional staff. I would recommend going there. Ashley let me know what was due, but didn’t apply pressure for me to do it. I appreciated that.
